☆☆☆☆☆ This is your choice for a great hotel in santa cruz. It's a simple breakfast, the hotel itself is an island paradise, the rooms are comfortable clean and cared for! Very friendly and professional at the desk and the property staff were sweet and a tad on the shy side. The spa (6) area is small and quiet. A really nice hidden gem. Lots of restaurants, 711, gas, parish pub, a safeway shopping center, and they are all within short walking distance. If you had straight to the ocean , go two blocks north, you'll hit the west cliff drive tide pools. 5 minutes to natural bridges north, 7 minutes to santa cruz beach boardwalk south. Ps costco less than 10 minutes away. High five and chakas. Very satisfied.

My family and I enjoyed the hot tub and slept comfortably in our clean and quiet room.

We were very pleasantly surprised how well maintained the property was and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again the next time we visit the Santa Cruz area.

Clean room, well maintained property!

It was nice and tidy, pretty warm even with the AC on. The bathroom door in our room did not really work and would not close properly. We slept comfortably and the breakfast was nice.

Room was comfortable and clean! Staff were friendly. Stayed here with my family and it was a great hotel to stay at. I loved how close it was to the stores and restaurants and boardwalk!

It was a room to sleep in

The location and friendliness of the staff made our stay here wonderful! We were just five minutes from downtown and the pier, making it easy to visit both locations in the same day. The front desk staff, i don’t recall his name, was very helpful and accommodating during our stay, he helped us stay in our same room when we decided to extend our stay so we didn’t have to check out and back in. He also provided us with some great recommendations to restaurants and places to visit in Santa Cruz.

Perfect location, clean, quiet and so cute! Very happy!!!

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and bed felt comfortable. The only thing I was having second thought was the linen/comforter. My husband and I didn’t even lay on the bed yet and we saw long hair on the bed. So it made us think if the blanket/comforter been changed or not. We checked the hot tub area and only 2 can get in. So I guess it’s first come first served. If you wanna use the hot tub you gotta get there early. As far as breakfast, just fruit and coffee some bread. Unlike other hotels that serves sausages and bacon for breakfast.

Great stay

The room was clean but there was dust on the lamps and on the accent wood wall behind the beds. The shower head made a horrible noise when the water was running. The person that checked us in was not welcoming and we encountered a problem with the bathroom door he did not send maintenance to fix it to I was left with a door without the knob that I could not close. I liked the variety of food offered for breakfast and the location of the hotel to the beach, downtown, Boardwalk and other places.

Great place to stay and beds divine!

Very chill hotel. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Will stay here next time I’m in town.
