I liked the hotel's location and the fact that everything was within walking distance. The only thing I didn't like was that coffee was available only in the morning.

Clean room and pool. Enjoyed

Got there at 3, they said no rooms were clean or available, came back at 4, got our room 120 was so dirty and old not well maintained. This hotel looks nothing like in the photos. We definitely felt catfished. The room was muggy and looked like it had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Stains on the box springs. The air conditioner made a tapping noise all night long. Horrible pillows hard bed. DO NOT STAY HERE

The room smelled musty. The ceiling in our bedroom was cracked and bulging. I tried to tell the lady at the from desk it was not safe and that it looked like it was going to fall any minute. Well what do you know the ceiling fell! Our party was not able to shower because we had to get ready for a wedding while we waited for another room. Plus at 2am the people above us were so loud screaming, fighting, and banging on the floor for over an hour. Floor boards and shower corners were black.

Super nice

Pavers out in the courtyard are very uneven. I tripped and fell over one and injured my ribs, knees and ankle and when I told the front desk he just wanted to know which paver and not if I was ok. Then after showing him the paver he said he’d call me first thing in the morning to check in on me and I did not receive any calls and wasn’t asked how I was doing at check out either.

Hotel was nice and clean. Pool was nice kids friendly.

They did not inform us that we had to request for our room to be clean. When I went to the front desk, the employee informed me that it was too late for cleaning service and that was unfortunate. The reason I went to the front desk in the first place was to ask them to come fix the main light in the room. It didn’t work. The room was dark. I asked for towels since they wouldn’t come clean the room. They never came. The curtains were dirty. The sliding glass door looked like it was broken into. Blinds were broken. Parking was horrible. One way in and out. Cars double parked so some people couldn’t get out. Had to request toilet paper at the front desk. The soaps or shampoos were empty. One of the body washes was completely broken. Just an all around bad experience.

This is an okay place to stay for a hotel. The positives is the location and the pool. The Pm shift guy was short and not a people person at all.

When we first got there, they weren’t able to get us our room so we used the bathroom in the pool area and omg pee and toilet paper was everywhere and lots of flies hanging out everywhere. The floor has so much filth and dust. There were blood on the walls from flies. The room we stayed in was missing the privacy curtain so we had to keep it closed as well as the window because people can see it from the parking right outside the sliding door. Staff is very strict with room keys as well as towels. They want to make sure it is all accounted for. Overheard them with other guest saying they are not able to issue more than 2 keys. Very strange. We asked for towels but we had to give them back our dirty towels first so we had to go back to our room to grab them since we don’t request housekeeping during our stay. The AC didn’t work when we first checked it and had an issue with the room but they wouldn’t allow us to change rooms without paying an upgrade fee. We just wanted a different room that didn’t have all the issues and privacy concerns. Overheard another customer who was checked in at 5pm in a room that has not been cleaned. Would not stay here again. Save your money and stress. Book somewhere else. This is the first time we ever had issues.

Check in was late, I didn’t get checked in until 4:30. Also, no breakfast? Hotel was okay but not very clean

The room service online ordering wasn’t working but the restaurant took phone orders without hesitation and the amenities were amazing steam room pool etc

The pool was a nice bonus for a quick swim with the kids. It was a busy spot for sure with other families enjoying time there too. The downfall would be that the bathroom floor didn’t seem like it was swept well as there were still a bit of crumbs/debris. Overall it was a nice stay. I do wish they had some sort of breakfast, but that wasn’t a deal breaker.

Property was clean, rooms were not fully cleaned or well stocked. The jacuzzi is nice though. The staff in the office is not very accommodating except one nice young lady. They sent an email encouraging to call ahead for early check in, check in was at 3,then got changed to 4 but also if you're chekcig in early it's a $40 fee. I get in peak season they can do whatever they feel but definitely not worth peak season pricing. Would possibly go back

Showed up for check in and they said it was delayed 20 minutes, waited like 30 and decided we’d ask again and they said an hour. We stayed on the top floor and it sounded like a dog was chasing something on a hardwood floor ABOVE us somehow. A roach crawled across my foot in the bathroom the next morning. The ice machine was broken and directed us to one downstairs that wasn’t there.

For the price it was ok at best.

Very old hotel, we had flying bugs and spiders in.our room

Room was clean, linens soft, bed comfortable. Location ideal for visiting our college kid. Can’t comment on noise level (we sleep with earplugs). No daily breakfast, but the coffee machine produced a nice cup of morning coffee. Parking adequate. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The beds were so comfortable and the linens were very nice.
