Clean room, hot tub, pool
-
Bathtub was dirty no soap for shower. The employees spent their time outside smoking.

The room I was first assigned to had mold in the bathroom but staff was helpful and put us in bathroom. Also I thought they served breakfast but the served only coffee
-
Staff were rude no greeting no how are you gentlemen was unhappy. So were the house keepers.Check in was so post be at 3 I received a message before my stay that check will be 4pm. Services not given even not no towels no house keeping for the next day stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. No breakfast only coffee. Amenities like swimming pool were dirty and Jacuzzi were outdated. The porch furniture as outdated as well. I wouldn’t give them one star. Very unpleasant stay.

We were very happy with the staff and the condition of the room. Nice and close to the beach. Walked there in about 5 minutes. Best hotel we have stayed at considering the many times we have visited. The only negative thing about the hotel was no breakfast with my stay like most hotels.
-
Wish they still served breakfast items...

The lights in my room were not working properly. The ones next to the bed. Also the alarm click not working. Maybe it was the power outlets. I also found a washcloth full of hairs, yuck!!! Wash the laundry a little better!!!

Visited with a small group. Room was spacious. 2 blocks from the Santa Cruz boardwalk. Elevator was hot and tight - Stairs were easily accessible. Only complaint - They forgot to refill Toilet Paper. Other than that this room was great.
-
The pullout sofa bed was awful. The mattress was paper thin, and the frame was bent so that it wouldn't lay flat. Poor response from front desk.
-
Our rooms (3) we’re all dirty and not cleaned well. One toilet seat was barely hanging on and I found a cockroach in my bathroom. Surfaces and beds can be cleaned better.
-
Overall the hotel is decent. The room was clean and spacious. The property is ok but could use some up-keep. Didn't care for the coffee from the machine in the lobby, it tasted like chemicals, maybe from the cleaning process.
-

I like they took cash deposits , they’re coffee machine was good the shower is nice and updated , they had a pool & jacuzzi with restrooms near it that’s cool No breakfast , I didn’t like how it was one way to enter and one way to exit i don’t wanna see the front desk people every-time honestly
-
I liked the hotel's location and the fact that everything was within walking distance. The only thing I didn't like was that coffee was available only in the morning.
-
Clean room and pool. Enjoyed
-
Room 119 was perfect for our family
-
Near boardwalk Everything is broken, carpet feels moldy, dirty bathroom, dirty sheets, roaches in rooms, balcony door was so hard to open, balcony door and windows super dirty and greasy.
