Very good

The beds were very comfortable. Easy walking distance to the Boardwalk and also to downtown. Shower leaked. Sink drained slowly. Both these were mentioned on checkout, so should be repaired. No sound barrier between our room and the room above. Smell of cleaning products was too strong in the hall. Coffee was available, but only powdered product instead of creamers.

Parking, fantastic! I woke up an hour before the coffee was even started. The guys at the counter went ahead and stared the coffee just so I can have a cup. Super sweet.

Bathtub was dirty no soap for shower. The employees spent their time outside smoking.

The room I was first assigned to had mold in the bathroom but staff was helpful and put us in bathroom. Also I thought they served breakfast but the served only coffee

Spacious room Room smelled like weed throughout stay, toilet was unstable. Booked for 2 beds and a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed. Only a rolled out twin bed.

The ‘manager’ who checked us in was very helpful. The actual manager the next day was not very helpful. Althoughbooking.com told me he would be responsible for getting me my refund. He told me to get it from booking.com. Consequently, so far I have no refund and I’m not a happy customer.

Room was extremely dirty. Crumbs, hair & stains on bed sheets. Little pieces of trash scattered throughout the room. Mold in shower & cracks in shower floor. Staff was not friendly at all

The staff in the front desk very disrespectful, and not helpful. The hotel in the pictures is very different from real it’s not what I expected. Shower water leak in the bathroom and we have to clean it after. The bed pillows were very uncomfortable.
