Property was nice, clean, prefect for our one night stay exactly all we needed, the balcony was very cute touch to rooms. The secruity hold of 250$ was a bit much.

The room was clean just found a cucaracha it was disgusted.

There was no breakfast. Shower valve stiff and water not warm enough. Overpriced and low quality.

Location great. Room decent size. Machine in lobby makes decent coffee . Spa pools were pleasant. Staff refused me an extra blanket. No screen on sliding balcony door. No filter in sink drain. Bedside electric outlets non functional-- had to use outlets in bathroom for devices.

Great price for the location. The woman working the front desk on Saturday was welcoming, kind, and very helpful. Easy parking, well-maintained grounds, and well-insulated walls. Pet-friendly. The owners and/or managers were unfriendly. They scowled at guests and staff, avoided eye contact, and seemed genuinely agitated by questions and requests. The worst issue was our bathroom door handle, which jammed and locked permanently. I missed an important appointment because of it. When I reported the problem, I was told maintenance had just left and no one knew when they'd be back. Once maintenance arrived, it took over an hour and complete removal of the handle and hardware to get the door open. The handle then wasn't replaced for 48 hours, so we couldn't close the bathroom door. I was traveling with my teenage son, who was understandably not pleased about sharing an open bathroom with his mom. We were told no other room was available, and no accommodation for the inconvenience was offered or even considered. When we checked out, we accidentally left a set of earbuds, Oakley sunglasses, and a phone battery pack on the desk in our room. We realized it about an hour later and called the front desk to say we'd return within the hour to pick them up. We were told not only that the items weren't found, but also that we had left the room dirty and stained the carpet. As a general manager of a boutique hotel myself, I understand the frustration of guests who don't respect the property. Out of consideration for housekeeping, I took out the trash, wiped out the microwave and fridge, stripped the beds, gathered all used towels, wiped down the shower, and left a generous tip. We had one short-haired dog with us, so of course there was some dog hair, but being accused of staining the carpet was offensive.

Aesthetic was nice outside Unclean bedsheets, paint coming off walls, pillows dirty. Customer service

Breakfast was not provided The smell in the hallways is a bit strong, not in a bad way.

Nice big room with two balconies, pool, two hot tubs, and a big outdoor seating area. Very happy with the facility, but the night check in staff needs customer service training. We had a late check-in at 9 pm, but no one was at the front. It took 15 minutes of our looking for someone to get us checked in even though we had already paid full price online for our room.

For an over $300 a night room all they gave you was coffee from a very fancy machine so you can get your cappuccinos your lattes, but the lattes didn’t have any milk and the other machine only had hot cocoa. Our room had cockroaches in the refrigerator didn’t work when we asked for towels for the pool. They said they were out and we were given any. I was traveling with myself and three kids and when I asked for extra bathroom towels, they again said they didn’t have any. The staff did their job, but there was no extra kindness or help. The place is walking distance, a longer walking distance, from the boardwalk.

Minus the clump of hair that came out of the clean towel, bug in bathroom, and ac unit barely worked it was a decent place to sleep in between traveling.

There really was nothing to like we are very dissatisfied Toilet broken, moldy smelly window curtains, smelly room, bathroom not sanitized, staff rude, hotel didn’t have enough wash cloths/towels when asked for more, nothing smelled or felt clean. Parking situation was a nightmare.

The pool and hot tubs were nice. The beds very comfortable. Parking was ample. Did not clean our trash can.

The room was moldy. The toilet was not sturdy, no shampoo or conditioner. They used a strong fragrance to cover up the smell of mold and humidity. It was gross!

The room was fine, but not very clean. There was a cheese puff on the floor, stains and residue on the towels and pillow cases, holes in one of the towels, leftover hair in the room, and a pimple patch in the shower. The sink had a sewage smell, there was a cockroach on the floor, and a mosquito was also spotted. Parking was full one night. AC was good.
