The Aqua Pacific Hotel

It was centrally located. On the first day, I came back to the room about 1. They hadn't go to cleaning my room and when they knocked, and I was there they just passed over. The next morning, housekeeping just just outside my door and I told them about the situation the day before and asked if they could clean the room soon. I came back at about 1 in the afternnon and they hadn't cleaned the room. I went to reception and it was basically tough luck. I pressed him and he sent house keeping and I had to wait by the pool for a half hour. I've had better experiences at a motel 6 and they were charging me $200 a night. Not worth it.

The bed was perhaps the SOFTEST and most luxurious I've ever slept in! (And during this past month, I've been in at least 5 other hotels!) Also, the blue striped "beach towel" sized bath sheets felt VERY luxurious! It was also fun to see the various colors used in painting the room.. gray-green and light purple, for example. There was only one set of washcloths and hand towels for the two of us. Also, one of the night lights at the twin beds did not work.

The location was great and within walking distance to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. The bedding was disgusting and dirty with visual spots of stains. We told the front desk attendant, my husband asked for some blankets, and we were given the blankets with no apology for the dirty bedding. Half of the lighting was out. At check out, there was no one there, no slot to drop the key, and everyone who stayed there just literally dropped their key at the front door.

Very close to the boardwalk, convenience stores and gas stations . Food as well. Pool was amazing and spa! We enjoyed this stay, very memorable!

On the bedsheets i found them dirty couldn't make a case of it cause my wife would had me runlut of the hotel at midnight to look for a more decent hotel😕 i think i deserve i reinburstment cause the jaccusi was dirty as well when i tutn it on lots of devry came out of the jets

Great property for the location and price point. Friendly check-in and the jacuzzi tub was fantastic.

Close proximity h to o everything. Pool was not heated as advertised.

Clean and very helpful staff

Overall good stay. Bed was super comfy and I enjoyed the extra blankets that they put on the bed. Very few negatives, my partner found an opened coffee packet at the coffee station in the room, we were only provided with two towels for our stay, only gel shampoo was provided and a hand/body wash. Despite this, our stay was amazing, the room was overall super clean, and we would stay again!

ac didn't work well. issue with the toilet so i coukdbt check in for a little whike.that and the ac were the only real problem I had. other than that the room was clean staff were nice. wish the pool hours were later. bed was comfy. parking was a little odd but at least there was plenty.

I've stayed here a few times and really enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub, love the location! There's nothing I didn't like, great value!

The location was perfect and they were very comfortable rooms I wish they would include two full sets of towels. We had two towels and only one washcloth and one hand towel. And we were on the go so didn’t have time to have to request one.
