The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and personal. He was very accommodating when I asked for a downstairs room as well. The beds were very hard. The pillows felt like they had sand and they were also hard. When I went to check out the clerk tried to charge me double for my pet. And it's very inconvenient to have the pool on one side of the road and your spa on the other!

Parking and neighbors were noisy, walls very thin And website said a continental breakfast but there wasn’t one

good location, friendly staff Way too much noise - the footsteps of people walking around above us were incredibly loud and made it very difficult to sleep until they stopped walking around.

The bathroom was very tired it needs a refurbish Kickboards need a good cleaning You check-in at one part and then have to cross a busy road to get to your room

This was a last minute reservation, so I was grateful that my daugther-in-law was able to get a room, but there was no parking available in the hotel's lot.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Location close to boardwalk. Extremely run down. Our bedding was clean, but God forbid you look at the walls and baseboards of the room. Liquid stains everywhere. The floor in the bathroom was wobbly and loose. Paper thin walls. Parking was almost impossible due to tight spaces.

It’s a family owned hotel/motel not too far from the ocean and the downtown. It has a lovely hot tub (and a pool my family didn’t use). We’ve been going here for years because they are friendly and pet-friendly. They accept my service dog.

There was just about enough parking for all the rooms although it was sometimes hard to park when large vehicles didn't park straight and made the neighboring space very small. For a busy holiday weekend when we booked late it got the job done.
