Everything was amazing from the kind staff to the beautiful room.

Room was clean but couldn’t get towels at the room or pool. Bedding appeared dirty, and when asked for bedding for the pullout bed we were given sheets. Walls are paper thin, screaming children at all hours and people blasting music at 2am

Overall, our stay was just okay. The room was clean, but there were a few issues that made it feel overpriced. The pull-out bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The shower also had drainage problems, so water pooled while showering. For the price we paid, we expected a better experience. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but it definitely didn’t feel like a good value.

Great stay! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The valet parking was a hassle. We arrived at 2:30 and they made us wait til 3pm on the dot to get our room. The smelled so much like bleach when we walked into the room we had to open the window because it was too much. In my opinion the beds and pillows were super uncomfortable. Over all the location was good.

We were in the second floor with children above us bouncing a ball late night and early morning. Front desk wasn’t able to be much of help.

Great time with my girlfriend. Everyone is very kind and valet especially too. Very clean and close enough to everything. Hopefully they can put in smart tvs in the future but thats a non issue.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The facility upkeep was good, clean and everything is working. The breakfast was okay and maybe it’s just the day that we were there, but there’s not enough room to sit and eat comfortably. That being said, I wouldn’t mind booking my stay there again when we go back to Santa Cruz because of how polite and helpful the hotel staff is.

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was clean, staff were helpful and polite. The only thing that was missed by me when booking was that it was a required additional parking fee/valet parking. Which you can’t opt out of. I missed that while booking. However would book this hotel again.

We plan to return and stay here again. All staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we unloaded. Rooms are spacious, clean, and morning breakfast had an array of items for anyone.
