Jacuzzi Didn't like having to pay to park no microwave

We had a great stay here. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

All was very nice. Valets were so kind and helpful. Only thing I was not happy about was that I had no microwave in my room and the refrigerator was not usable because it never not cold enough to use although set to high. I will stay here again and just make sure I get a frig that works along with a microwave. Enjoyed my stay very much!

Pool and hot tub were great. Big room, comfortable beds. Street parking was free and easy. Plastic 'silverware' at breakfast. Come on guys, you can do better.

The Hyatt was beautiful and clean and the staff were helpful. It was my mistake to not have checked the location of our second floor suite. Unfortunately our room was above the kitchen, and facing the street where the valet parking took place well into the evening. Lots of music from cars and the noise of car doors shutting. The staff did supply ear plugs so I slept fine after that. Loved the heated salt water pool and hot tub. Lovely guests and amenities. Breakfast was 5 star. Very nice and would stay again
