Best Western Plus All Suites Inn

Room was spacious. Close to restaurants and beach. Great breakfast and staff was excellent.

The lady when we were checking in, was not very nice but she definitely got better as we were leaving and she did OK. The bathroom needed a bath mat not a bathmat a shower mat because the shower was very slippery. We had two TVs one didn’t work at all and the other one we couldn’t get the volume on it was not what it was represented in the pictures so I would not stay there again and as far as the best western, it was very poor.

The AC system does not work. It’s set to a eco mode but it’s not enough to cool the room. I called front desk and it could not be changed, they suggested the fan feature. Another issue was we found one roach in the sink area, hmm kinda disgusting. Decorative pillows look dirty. Those were the only issues for us. Breakfast was nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel

The staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom had no shower curtain and there was mold on the walls. My bed was concaved and I didn’t sleep restfully. The walls are paper thin, so I was woken up and kept up several nights from the people upstairs. You hear every door slamming and I had to put a towel at the door because the hall light lit up our room. The elevator was filthy with a huge black spill in it. The parking structure always smelled of weed and there were homeless people in there. Didn’t feel safe.

We liked the suite with the jetted tub, but a few things were broken. The main bathroom light, the towel ring between the sinks, the glass shelf over one of the sinks. Also one of our towels had a bunch of pokey grass stuck all over it!

Stain on the bedding. Mold in shower. Stains on ceiling. Unfortunately we were right next to breakfast so at 6:30 am the beeping of the waffle maker went off every few mintues. We came from out of town and tried to get an early check in but understandably they couldn't accommodate. But we didn't get into the room until 11pm because we were out all day and so exhausted we didn't ask to switch rooms but the hotel seemed to be at capacity anyway.

Room was very spacious and clean, but the beds were so uncomfortable and you could hear everything happening outside the room. Breakfast was gone very quickly, would recommend to go early or there won't be much left.

everything about the hotel itself was great. just the area where the hotel is located makes the parking garage unsafe with valuables, etc. since the garage is not enclosed.

When we arrived at 4pm for check in the room wasn’t ready, we waited a few minutes and once we entered room it wasn’t that clean, food was left in the refrigerator. When I spoke to the manager he said they’ll do a deep clean the next morning because they didn’t have another room to move us to. The manager was very nice and he kept his word and everyone at the front desk was helpful and very nice. The continental breakfast was very nice. So after that little mishap I would definitely stay there again.

The sink took a while to drain, the hot tub was not hot it was Luke worm the maintenance man was rude. I'm not staying at none of Best Western facilities any longer.

Breakfast was okay, and the gym was nice, but the hot tub was small and not very appealing. The biggest issue was the parking garage—not enough spaces, and the garage entrance to the hotel elevators didn't work, so we had to walk outside to the front entrance.

Staff was good. We didn’t try the breakfast nor the hot tub.

My wife and I just needed a place to sleep as we were help our oldest move into an apartment. The room was nice except the fridge leaked in the middle of the night and our floor was wet. It was on the more expensive side because of my late booking and the parking was full so we had to park on the street. They refunded our parking fee for the night.

What I didn’t like is the parking. If you have a larger vehicle it’s hard to find a spot in the parking garage

Hot tub was warm but the jets weren't working. Could've been user error.
