This hotel is very convenient to the Beach/Boardwalk and the pier.

night person very helpful and friendly. no elevator working. no phone to call front desk. fireplace had a small blue flame. cost of parking poorly disclosed. top sheet had tears near along top edge. bottom sheet was stained.

Nothing. They had no options for handicap people. No elevator working we had to carry my father in law up the stairs. They didn’t want to accommodate us for room cleaning and said it’s required to ask 24 hours before. The coffee machine was almost all water whenever we went to get some and the staff was rude and careless.

The main elevator was down and not functioning, that becomes a big problem for many seniors who are physically challenged. There were a few handicap doors that did not function which also became a challenge. The room was clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly.

Clean room. Very good breakfast. Enjoyable coffee machine. Did not enjoy the smell of someone smoking near our room even though it is no smoking inside the hotel.

Good location Parking was tight

When I asked if I could move to a different room, I was given a room with one king bed and a rollaway bed, which appears to be a lower-cost room category. However, during my stay, the hotel did not offer any adjustment or refund for the difference in room rates. The breakfast was also fairly basic, with only white bread and oranges as options. I would have appreciated having some healthier choices, such as wheat bread, bananas, or apples. While the rooms themselves are spacious, I unfortunately had a better overall experience, including a better breakfast, at another hotel from the same general market located only about three minutes away. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I believe addressing these issues could make a meaningful difference to the guest experience.

Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. However, the rooms I stayed in didn’t have windows and that’s important for me. The walls are thin and can hear people outside my room at night and on top. Spacious rooms for families, parking fee for every night.

The highlight of our stay was Hayden at the front desk, who stood out from the overall vibe of the hotel. She was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and accommodating.

Spacious, clean and well appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast waffles.

The room was fine. The parking garage is awful. The spaces are dangerously close together and they charge for parking.

Bathroom was dirty, limited parking spaces on site, was directed to park my car down the street and ended up getting a parking ticket for the street sweeper, room latch did not work

The hotel was expensive for what you get. The wall of the room were scuffed, hooks broken, office chair was dirty and scuffed.
