Staff goes above and beyond. Hotel clean and comfotable. Pool, food, rooms all awesome!! Good times Not sure i could find anything to say here.

Nice decor, spacious setting. The pool area is the star. There are cabanas, jacuzzi, beautiful lounge chairs. The restaurant is open to the pool area. It feel like an oasis. Can't think of anything

Cart for cleaning staff should have air filled tires, it was loud when carts were moving on the catwalk

Our new room was very clean, and we had no further issues during our stay. The hotel was extremely accommodating and waived our parking fees and provided us with breakfast, which we really appreciated. Despite the rough start, everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. We also had great service at the hotel bar and restaurant. The hot tub was unfortunately out of service and being repaired during our stay, so we weren’t able to use it. However, the pool was amazing and heated, which we really enjoyed! Finding bedbugs was obviously concerning, but I really appreciated how seriously and professionally the staff handled the situation. Their customer service made a big difference in our overall experience.

The water pressure in our shower was comically low.

On the bright side, they let us check in early and the wait staff at the pool/restaurant was great.

My biggest question would be why on earth are the towels grey…? They don’t look clean even if they are, but also they don’t look like the color is intentionally chosen… they’re pale grey and look as though they just don’t get washed properly.

The pool was very busy - reminded me of being a sardine in a tin can. We did not realize that this property allowed for Resort Pass patrons. We ended up not being able to use the pool because how busy it was.

Besides that the heated pool was lovely and clean. Pool service was good, food and drink were also very good. The lobby and bar design was beautiful. I would stay there again but maybe get a day pass only.

Much better experience than the last few times we stayed there. Property was much improved. Last time we stayed there the Jets in the hot tub were horrible. This time they were strong and useful. We have been staying at this property for at least five or six years two or three times a year and this was one of the best times.

Definitely our go to for a staycation! Even though we live 10 miles away, it felt like we had jumped a plane and stepped into another world ❤️

We’ve stayed at this property twice, and both times were enjoyable! Clean rooms, helpful staff, outdoor pool for the family and pet friendly! We will be staying here again!

This, in my humble opinion, is the best place to stay in Santa Cruz. It’s DIRECTLY in the middle of town—it’s easy to get anywhere from the hotel. The property is adorable. The pool is great. The bar is open late and the food is good. The rooms are updated and super cute. Whenever friends come to see our daughter at UCSC, I always recommend it. We love it .

We had a great time hanging out at the pool all day. The room was nice and the bed was super comfortable. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The reason I am giving this hotel 2 stars is because our room smelled like mildew. The air conditioner was too noisy. There was a fight next room to us. A woman was yelling “help me”. We couldn’t get the room’s phone to work to call the front desk. So, we called the police. The pool area was very nice. Staff are friendly.
