Didn’t like anything about the property will not stay again The room smelled and everything felt old inside

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful hotel. We liked being on the third floor. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This is a great hotel if you don't mind traffic noise. The hotel is on a corner of two very busy streets and the traffic noise made it difficult to sleep and sometimes even talk.

Location to my destination. Decent neighborhood. The door have gap that's why the aircon not that cold. Bed have metal frame every time I move it creeks. No coffee maker in our room.

The owner I was really nice and she helped me out with my reservations and we have lovely night there

Had no problems. It was a great place to stay and was really close to the beach.

I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. None of us got any sleep. The doors aren’t sealed correctly, the dead bolt was broken and we did not feel safe. The walls and windows are paper thin and we heard noise all night long. None of us got any rest.

Staff was great and nice great location just need remodeling for the price Room decor and cleaniness and parking lot was busted up aswell as staircases

Very good

There was no breakfast so I was sad about that. But it was quiet and close to a store and the women that run the hotel are understanding and really good at their job. How the sheets, walls and windows curtain had stains and the floor was really dirty like it hadn't been mopped. Had to wear my slippers the entire time..theres no ice machine.

It was ok for just one night

Hotel looks beautiful outside, the rooms are a different story, very nice and friendly front desk lady. But not worth the price.

AC was good. Room fairly clean. Staff good. Bed not comfy. Strange metal base under bed. Facility is old. Some possible safety issues like uneven pavement, sidewalk, stairs— tripping hazard. Furniture and building needs upgrade.

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. The room on the other hand was dirty and felt dirty. It smelled like and ash tray. Went out and bought bleach, gloves and disinfecting cleaning supplies and cleaned the whole room. The bathroom door and walls had markings on them with who knows what on them, I was able to easily wipe them off. So you know no one attempted to clean down the walls or doors. I cleaned the floors with bleach spray and their white towel that ended up black after I was done. I looked at pictures prior to staying on a last minute "day trip" and the place and reviews were all good. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT or we just were give the worst room. And for what we paid I should be owed a refund for leaving the room spotless for the next occupant.

my only issue with my stay was the shower situation. you have to have the water scolding hot otherwise it’s absolutely freezing, or it jumps back and forth randomly between freezing cold and super hot, there is no in between and very inconsistent. the staff was lovely and helpful, and an otherwise clean room and property!
