Parking can be a challenge
-
Our stay was great however parking was horrible and the hot tub was dirt. I tried calling the front desk 4x I was hung up on then never answered. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk and the size of the room with 3 beds was surprisingly comfortable.

Place was great perfect location. Only thing was that staff at front desk was kind of rude and just told you to go to the check in kiosk when I had other questions, they were helpful the one time I needed something tho so not sure what to say abt it. Ac works great rooms and property were very clean and location once again was amazing!

Really nice

Ok for weekend. Room is just bed, desk and bathroom. Does have a fridge and microwave, no closet. Very minimal bedding and amenities. Room had dust in the ac and not very clean.
-
We got a 3 queen bed room so it was great with 2 teenagers. Walking distance to the boardwalk. It was pretty noisy and basic amenities but convenient

We found ants in our bed the next morning. When I contacted the manager via email, because he wasn't on site the next morning, he basically said there were no ants. Mind you, I had a video from our room!

Very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. My husband is an amputee and I forgot to request a downstairs room when I booked and they were kind enough to accommodate us at check in. Definitely will stay there again.

After a long day at the boardwalk, our family just wanted somewhere safe to crash. We saw there was a few rooms open here, so we reserved. Upon arrival, we were skeptical! There was absolutely no parking , (which they said was specified on ad I don’t recall seeing this, but again it was late) there was sketchy activity in parking lot, the staff was extremely rude when trying to check in. After all this we decided to just drive 2.5 hours HOME! We tried to cancel at the front desk and they declined in turn taking our money almost 300 bucks gone! Totally ridiculous and unacceptable! Two thumbs down for this dump

Enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to the Boardwalk!

Rooms were updated and nice

Enjoyed the hotel. My only complaint is that the pool closes too early. Would have been nice to enjoy it. Other than that it was a good hotel.

Overall, the experience was unacceptable and far below what we expected. Unfortunately, we will never stay here again and would not recommend this property to others!

All good

The room was extremely muggy and had an overpowering fabuloso scent. We tried running the AC with the door wide open for over two hours, and the scent soften but the room had a weird stench. When we informed the front desk, they were booked solid and could not move us to a different room nor did the cleaning people helped.
-
The toilet was plugged and kept back up into the tub so we were unable to shower until we had to self clean the tub. Cleaning service kept unlocking and opening our door way before check out time while we were getting dressed and left the door open while my daughter was standing in her towel.

One thing I would have definitely have done differently, is insist on a second floor room. Paper thin walls and floors in this place, coupled with the bigfoot family upstairs, was not a recipe for a good night sleep. We got checked in via remote console that printed our room keys, which was a different kind of experience - sort of like checking in to your room on a Zoom meeting. The room we had was called a a king deluxe suite, which was basically a king room with an attached kitchenette. FYI - the kitchenette had zero kitchen materials at all in it, so, if you book this room make sure you bring in your own supply of pots, pans, dishes - well, take the whole camping box in with you. There's a pool, and a whirlpool. Pretty nice but gets crowded in a caddyshack sort of way. They do a pretty decent job of maintenance on the place, however, if you examine some of the doors up close, you can see where there's graffiti and tagging that is painted over on them. As I said - it's a two star. Don't have four star expectations and you'll be fine.
