Poorly clean, toilet holder fell out of the wall on me questionable homeless walking around. Pros bed was hella comfortable

The rooms had a lot of space. My main complaint is that there was no parking. We had to park in front of the office one night and the second night we ended up blocking people in. Also we asked for new towels and they were never brought on the first day.

The room was clean and basic and what you expect for the price. I like that the pool was indoor and can be enjoyed in the morning. We were downstairs and could hear our neighbors upstairs unfortunately. The staff was helpful when I asked for new room keys and asking to open the pool. We brought our own pillows and blankets which you will need! Overall worth it for the price and location.

Trader Joe’s and CVS near by for all the at once needs

Nice and clean

The beds are comfortable and clean. However, the floors feel dusty. Dirty. There is no complimentary bar soap for showering and personal hygiene. The whirlpool hot tub is yellow, as though someone may have relieved themselves in it. The indoor pool is cold. The place is overcrowded and noisy.

My stay was adequate for a night and was close to the boardwalk.

Not helpful at all. Tv did not work and when we were told it couldn’t be fixed and would get a discount off the room next day nothing was given even after I’ve followed up and tried to call and email. Terrible staffing. Pool is brown and bathrooms are ran down. Only plus is if you have multiple kids the options of 3 beds in a room is nice.

The room was reasonably clean and had the usual amenities. Trying to check in was difficult as they use a kiosk to check you in and the scan feature wouldn’t work so after several tries I had to email a copy of my drivers license. They only give you one room key and it is difficult to get any help from staff if needed. The hotel is older and run down. Forget about finding parking later at night so be prepared to walk everywhere so you don’t lose your spot. The only positives were the proximity to the boardwalk and the air conditioning was decent but loud.

Horrible, I was scared to get out of my vehicle because the people that were around the property. The pictures are nothing like what this place really looks like. The shower was cold with absolutely no water pressure. Don't stay here.

Not very clean but was an ok stay

ROACH ALERT! The best things about this hotel is the location (walkable to beach and boardwalk) and the indoor pool. The rooms themselves are not in good condition. The floors are cracked to the extent that you do need to warn your kids to be careful so they don’t get cut. At night I saw two cockroaches crawling on the wall and around the microwave so I can’t say I was able to get any rest. Terrible.

There was a huge garbage pile right outside the window we slept in. And the curtains aren’t black out curtains, so a lot of light was peeking through pretty early in the morning the garbage pile was pretty shocking to me.

We checked in late to our room and there was no staff on site. We got to our room which we had booked for 4 people and there were only two bath towels in the room and no one to bring us more. Their excuse was that they were fully booked and didn't have enough clean towels. Also, parking is on a first come first serve basis and there we no spots available. Luckily, we found one on the street but if we hadn't I don't know where we would've been able to park. They don't give you a parking pass so basically anyone can park there and leave the ones who paid $400+ for a room without a parking spot. Rooms were decent. For the inconvenience I would've just paid a little more to be able to be taken care of. Don't think we got out moneys worth on this stay at all.

Parking was not the greatest if you have a big car good luck. Was given 2 key cards only one worked. Got in the room floor was so dirty sand all over the floor. I get your by the beach, but the floor should be clean. Pool and spa were ok no pool towels. No hot water when took a shower it was more like lukewarm. Sheets had stains on them, went to the check in desk and was just given 2 new sheet and told to put them on myself.

We enjoyed the large spacious room. However there is room for much improvement on the details in the room. Our Room looked like it was recently painted after what looks like to be a flood in the bathroom. Door and baseboard swollen and freshly painted over with paint splatter on the floors, the wood on the door was cracked and didn’t close all the way, with rusty hinges. In the later hours when we returned from the beach there was no one in the office and had to use a kiosk that was very unhelpful. The parking lot was full and there was no parking for 2 of the families in our group. They had to resort to parking down the street which is so disappointing after a long day at the beach. There is no one checking that cars in the parking lot actually belonged there, or that people weren’t bringing more than one vehicle. The person in the next room over was smoking outside of our door and the smoke was coming into our room during the night but there was no one there to monitor this situation, since the front desk was as left unattended. While our stay was fine I don’t think I’ll be coming back due to the fact that there was no one on site to assist us in the night or enough parking.

Not recomended there was cockroaches in the room, also we paid before hand and when we arrived first of all when we arrived a kiosk was de receptionist, really slow and was of time, then for when they charged the deposit they charged for a whole room service again with out even saying anything or comenting about how much the deposit wich is 100 dllrs and they charged me whole 250 dlls. After the charge that was way more money the suposed now you have to wait 3 to 5 buissnes days.

The property was dirty, and And kept the pool and hot tub were unusable they were so dirty and cloudy. You couldn’t even see inside the pool. The hot tub had dirt all around the sides look like black mold, and people were in it, which I cannot believe there were no amenities. I had two towels in my room and when I went to get towels at 7 PM the office was already closed for the night and no way to contact anyone. I do not believe that this should be a Hotels.com hotel.

warm felt very humid it smelled and the room was just old and outdated needs new bathroom door its door is all the water damage.
