People were knocking at my door

Clean rooms, close to the beach. Didn’t have anything we didn’t like.

Clean room, daily room cleaning.

My bath tub had warming waster not actually hot enough to use . When I said something they sent a male maintenance man to my room as a solo female which was uncomfortable especially when he started mansplaining to me that the water was hot . The hotel didn’t give any discount for the no hot water saying the water is just like that . Their hot tub smelled really bad like dirty wet dog and also wasn’t that hot maybe like 96 F

One of the bed was very noisy

I didn't have too pay a deposit. The blends were broken, the room was dirty and felt uncomfortable

Our neighbor smoked cigarettes inside his room and it got in ours. The pool was dirty and the hot tub smelled like.wet dog. No idea how to describe it other than that. It made me feel gross and wanted my kid to get out. Also the pool is NOT locked to where only guest can enter. It is not locked with key entry which stood out. We do enjoy proximity to boardwalk.

Shower was cold and was told that its probably because everyone was showering i dont see why that would matter got switched rooms after complaining about it my bed sheets had some sort of stain on it in the first room we were in so went to ross to grab some new ones to use the outside of the property was not well maintained and there is really not enough parking for all the guest that were there. I really wish i could get atleast half my money back but whats done is done. If your looking for budget look somewhere else.

Good location nice and quiet Room didn’t get cleaned like we asked and had to do it ourselves room floors were super dirty.

Disappointing

The hotel we stayed in was terrible. The floors were dirty. The walls were filthy. The TV didn’t work. And on our last night, my key wouldn’t work so we had to wait until they came and opened it for us. They said they would be back to fix it but never did.

The kitchenette was

Clean inside & out. Pool & hot tub are large & clean. There's an automated kiosk outside of the lobby for additional customer support. Unfortunately one room was extremely loud BLASTING music outside the door

Overall was very nice. Next time i visit santa cruz ill stay there again.
