Pros: -they allow pets (and there’s no carpet in case they have an accident!) - the third bed was awesome for me and my 3 kids - the indoor pool and hot tub was fun for my kids - it’s close to the Boardwalk - they have great, affordable snacks in the office - ample parking - kind/helpful office staff - 11am checkout is nice - rooms were spacious Cons: - the rooms were gross, as a matter of fact, I didn’t sleep under the blankets and I continuously asked whether hair/marks/stains were from us or not. - no ventilation in the bathrooms, it was so water damaged the door was warped and barely closed - bare minimum in the rooms, especially in the bathrooms. Tiny bar of soap, very generic shampoo and conditioner. The towels were the lowest grade. Honestly, this might be the worst hotel I’ve been to. I don’t think I’ve even ever left a negative review before, but the rooms were just too dirty and didn’t have what we need for an overnight stay.

Lots of ref raft

I could not get ahold of the front desk when the room above us was up until 3am. They were banging and it sounds like kids were jumping around. I used my room phone from midnight until 2:15. I even used my cell phone could not get through.

It was an Okay place to stay! Our check in was done virtually through a kiosk outside the Office. They do have an a food truck right in the corner of the hotel, a lot of walking distance places to see and only a couple walking distance to Santa Cruz Board walk! Our room was okay, nothing fancy nor anything wowing but it was very clean! Our room did have a mini fridge and microwave available. Parking was horrible once we found a spot inside the hotel parking lot we decided to use uber, we knew if we moved our car we would have to park outside in the street! The pool and hot tub were in side a building and only open from 10am to 10pm! Check out is at 11pm so going in the pool in the morning was a big no for us! Other than that it was an okay stay!

The room was very clean, the amenities were grea

First of all my key was handed to me by a man in his boxers. I walk in the room and it has a dirty smell to it and we also seen roaches so we left immediately. Definitely do not recommend!

Our bedding and pillows had stains on them. Walkable to the boardwalk. Great price for a holiday weekend.

Everything was okay. We started with our keys not working, but got the help we needed. That bed was very uncomfortable though

Love it! Hot tub was the best part!! The kids love the pool, very kid friendly

The front desk gentlemen was nice and helpful. The rooms were super clean, and Nice en organize. I will recommend you guys I will book you guys another time.💯💯

Clean and conveniently located to the boardwalk, this was a kid friendly place to stay. There's a lot of room in the rooms. The rooms were sparsely supplied with furnature and art however. It seemed the owners were in the process of updating. We would stay there again.

The old saying, "You get what you pay for" is exactly what I experienced. My room was fine but it looked dirty even though it was clean. The place seemed old and gave off those "uncleaned" vibes. However, my bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Both were indoors which I found highly preferable. For the price, I would stay again.

Room was not clean, first the window screen was broke out, we saw 2 cockroaches, what looked like mold in the bathroom! The paint was chipped and just overall run down. They didn’t even have hand soap or bar soap to wash your hands!! I wish I could get a refund

It's so noisy from the walls being so thin that you might as well be sleeping all together in one room. I could hear the person setting his beer can down like he was drinking in the bed right next to me. And the people's above me rolling their chair all night and their suitcases around sounds like a train is going by upstairs. One of the worst experiences of a hotel in my entire life. I would never ever stay there or recommend it to anyone.

The best part about this stay was that we had 3 queen beds in one room which is hard to find anywhere else. The pool was cloudy and the hot tub was dirty. Not many chairs to sit in for parents around the pool. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything outside the room including the people using the kiosk to check in and get help during the night. Someone was also playing music by the pool area while we were trying to sleep but it sounded like it was right outside our door. We could hear every conversation of the people in the room next door all night. Then we woke up to the birds in the area and some kid running on the floor above us back and forth in their room starting at 6am. Needless to say we didn’t get much sleep at all. The place looks like they’ve tried to keep up and update things but clearly renovated themselves as the floors have big gaps in them and many patched holes in the walls and some not patched yet.

The hotel is close to the Boardwalk. It was clean and well maintained. Just the TV kept buffering so we couldn't watch the worldcup. The front desk was trying to be helpful but he couldn't fix it. This place was ok and affordable.

Pool and jacuzzi

the owners were great and i think they turned a dive motel into a very nice place to stay. Rooms were very clean and nice, in gave it a ding because there were 3 or 4 carts outside our room the entire time. they were painting but it was all outside our room and we really couldn’t open our shades. also there was spot of foam in the jacuzzi which was somehow creepy with all the people. my sister wouldn’t go in. i’ve would go there again in a snap

Upon our arrival, there was no staff present to advise regarding our complaints. We had to checkin and do everything virtually through a kiosk.
