Large, comfortable suite, well appointed. Front desk staff was excellent. Hot tub was excellent. Slept so well. Parking was crowded and spots are too small.

Great location near downtown Santa Fe and, for the price, the room configuration (full kitchen & separate bedroom) is hard to beat. It's quiet and comfortable, and the pool and hot tub are nice after a long day. The self-parking is a good perk in that location, but parking spaces are extremely tight if you have a larger vehicle. They recently began charging a $10/day parking fee (previously it was free). Even with this fee, it's still a bargain compared to other hotels downtown. I visit Santa Fe for business quite a bit and typically stay here as it's great to have the option to fix a meal rather than dining out all week; however, I do periodically notice issues with cookware or dishes not being properly clean when I get ready to cook or eat, so have gotten into the habit of rewashing what I'm planning to use.

Did notice a few ants in the kitchen but they went away. Great hiking recommendation from the front desk and the pool/hot-tub was great.

Having a spacious and comfortable sitting area was nice. The bed was also very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower nice. Although we didn’t use the pool, it was nice to know we could. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs.

We did not get the opportunity to enjoy the pool or hot tub, however, the view of the pool looked inviting. I was able to utilize the fitness center that was open 24 hours a day though. The location is also a walkable distance to many shops and museums in the downtown/plaza area.

It was older than anticipated, as far as the linens, bathroom, etc. Nowhere to get any food nearby, day shift, I believe the manager, was super helpful though. I reached out ahead of time and never received a response regarding check-in.

This was the 5th or 6th time we have stayed at this facility. The suites are spacious, clean and have fully equipped kitchen. The location provides easy walking access to galleries, restaurants, and the plaza.

The location is ideal for access to downtown Santa Fe. It is a very well-equipped unit. A cafe in the lobby would have been ideal for me but not a deal breaker...
