Hilton Vacation Club Villas de Santa Fe

We didn’t use the amenities, so can’t comment on those. Room was very spacious and nicely appointed however.

The Hilton Villa was excellent because of the compassionate, caring, knowledgeable people working for them. They were kind. Always updated us on any information. Always asking if there was anything that we needed or extra etc. It was a great place to stay and will come back again.

Beautiful place and pretty close to everything. Great big suite room. Would def stay again.

The kitchen had everything I needed. I loved the room, location, access, etc. The only negative comments I have is the parking lot is very tight and I have to maneuver quite often to get out or in the parking space.

Very nice and well priced suites with large rooms and kitchen. Four blocks from downtown and the museums.

Amazing stay! We loved everything about our stay here and we loved the pool!

It had to spa’s and free laundry service and free refill water. Some staff were really friendly but night crew not so much. Also the parking was very limited and was tough to park since elevator was far from room and handicap parking was all taken.

Sorry but little ones in hot tub couldn’t use

My only negative was that it lacked soundproofing. You could hear doors opening and closing, people coughing and talking in the adjacent room and people walking or moving things around upstairs.

The villas was an excellent place to stay. We are a family of 6 and we still need to stay in the same room because of children’s ages and the room was spacious! It was very nice and we’re already planning on going back.

Also loved the complimentary laundry facility. The light in the shower is not good. Very dark. The ac /fan runs constantly. Noise all night long.

Great room for a longer stay. Kitchen and fridge were great.

Parking is cramped. Staff very engaging and helpful. Very clean, rooms, halls, outside grounds.

Clean close to the plaza They did come in and replace the towels and wash cloth got back to the room after a long day had to go and ask for towels?

Great location. The Santa Fe Plaza is in walking distance, so you don't have to struggle with parking. Roomy compared to your usual hotel room and the kitchenette came in handy. I felt the price was very reasonable for the amenities.

Walking distance to Plaza. Property is a bit dated, could use an update.
