Pool was green and closed in the height of summer. All elevators were broken. This place was terrible

Nice

The hotel was well maintained. The room was large. The adobe look inside had a lot of character. The bar/restaurant was very good. The staff were helpful. Great location. Minimal amenities, No shops or spa. An excellent place to stay.

The room was clean, but we had to be moved after a few hours because the refrigerator was not working. Front desk staff was very helpful and understanding. We were compensated with breakfast vouchers and Hilton honors points for our inconvenience which was very generous. The breakfast was ok. It was very hot during our stay in Santa Fe and the air conditioning could not keep up. It was locked out at 64 degrees but felt much hotter which made it a little difficult to sleep. The pool was very cold and hot tub wasn’t working. I would say the hotel is nice but I think I would stay elsewhere in the future. During checkout, a few others that were checking out expressed that they were disappointed with their stay. It is a very convenient location to the plaza.

The photos on their website must be from a very long time ago. When we pulled up in front of the hotel all of the large planters were empty. Building and property look so run down. Landscaping had clearly not been tended to in I’m guessing at least one year. Weeds were grown up as high as the windows all over the property. Hot tub was out of service and had orange cones around it and the pool was ice cold in July. Pool area also had very few chairs and old plastic touches with no cushions. I specifically booked this hotel because it was downtown and had a nice pool area for my young kids. I have stayed at many other hiltons that were fantastic, so I was shocked at the state of this facility. We had planned on 5 nights here but only stayed one and decided to the switch to the Eldorado Resort across the street which went above and beyond, far exceeding our expectations and I would highly recommend especially for families.

We lost one bike and we found out another resident lost 4. Apparently crime around the hotel is a problem. Our expectations from a Hilton property located in downtown Santa Fe were not met. The staff were very helpful and we appreciated that.

The hotel is dated. For the cost of my room you expect first class amenities and a friendly front desk staff who would have given you bottled water, advised what to do as there was no working ice machines. It was probably the worst Hilton experience in my recent memory. I would not recommend it to others and I doubt I would stay here again!

The hotel itself is beautiful, great rooms, great location. The pool and hot tub was in substantial disrepair. The pool filters weren’t working and a film developed on top of the pool. The hot tub had cones around it signaling it was out of service, in the three days there we did not see any attempt to maintain the pool or hot tub. We were disappointed as the pool and hot tub were a major reason why we picked this hotel.
-
Loved the beds, the air, not so happy about the sad looking pool, with half the chairs broken, a broken looking little pool, and a very green main pool. the bed was perfect, the room was nice and cool against the summer heat, the lobby and common areas pretty. Good location-overall great stay!

Tub was not functional on the first day. No free parking and breakfast, which is not quite reasonable given the price. Bottled water provide at 12 dollars... unbelievable

The room itself was nice but got put right next to a noisy elevator; the crank was moaning and vibrating all day. I asked to move he put me same spot two floors up. I was over it. The other elevator was broken so everybody was using this one. The hot tub was broken. The pool was disgusting; there for 3 days and not one person went in. The staff they hire off the streets; playing grab ass; not being professional that you’d expect. The room itself was spacious and clean. The housekeepers were friendly. The location is great, right in the corner of downtown. Mille is a fantastic coffee shop we discovered very close and had all kinds of French pastries etc. and Kohnami a very good Japanese restaurant. We still enjoyed our trip to Santa Fe; this hotel has a few things it can improve on. Sad!

Hotel was close to the central plaza within 5 minutes walking distance. Room was nice and clean. Helpful staff.

Everything was a little bit broken. Hot tub was coned off, room keys stopped working, wet carpet in our room when we arrived, ice machine on our floor didnt work, tv remote needed new batteries, didnt receive fresh towels from room service, I could go on. The staff was friendly enough, though.

We were traveling with our adult daughter, which we had made very clear. The room was set up for two. We called after check in about getting another towel, glass, and an extra blanket, and then we had to call again after we got back from dinner. They were delivered after we had gone to bed and the “blanket “ turned out to be a mattress pad. After the room was cleaned the next day, it was again furnished for only two. To get ice we had to walk a large distance to the restaurant. Very inconvenient. The hot tub, which we had been looking forward to, was out of order. I don’t think we’ll be staying at this hotel again.

This place needs an overhaul. It’s dated and needs maintenance. Fire alarm kept going off and they changed the reasons for why. Not worth the charge.
-
Hotel was in bad enough shape that we had to be moved to another hotel. Pool was not in service and no information was provided beforehand. Appreciate that they covered the cost to move us to a new hotel.

Every thing was ok

They definitely need to hire more staff. There was almost always a long line at the reception desk, and the whole check-in process felt very disorganized. Unfortunately, some of the staff were also quite rude and not very helpful. The hotel does not have a hot tub, and the internet connection was very poor. Breakfast was extremely basic, especially considering they charge $23 per person. Honestly, the only real positive thing about this hotel was its location.
