Great area and rooms very clean. Breakfast was great and staff was super friendly and helpful

Perfect location to walk everywhere. The hotel was super clean, lovely comfy big bed, very friendly staff and convenient parking. Only ‘downfall’ was the a/c is not strong - but reception provided a fan so that was great. Would stay again and recommend!

My car was broken in the the hotel parking lot. The sign says the property is not responsible. Beware! WiFi did not connect. Won’t be going back.

Great downtown location. No ice machine in the hotel. Not a typical Hilton style hotel. But great price.

Front desk staff was friendly and professional, cleaning staff were very helpful and considerate.

Only comment/suggestion would be to have decaf coffee available in the morning! Thank you!

Great location. Very comfortable beds. Every day there were homeless people loitering in front of the lobby on Hotel grounds sitting in the chairs that are out front for guests. Nobody wants to deal with that for this price accommodations plus it’s dangerous.

Poorly maintained, dirty hotel. Staff was not helpful at all. AC could not be controlled, Shower door would not close. in-room safe could not be locked. Bathroom lock was broken. Elevator out of service all 3 days of our stay there.

The photo of the pool is either old or photoshopped, it really needs some tlc. All of the pool chairs were slashed or broken, and there weren't enough pool umbrellas. The desk staff is very young and they seem like they are just learning how to work at a hotel.

Property was nice in a good location close to downtown Santa Fe Plaza. Rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Had to switch rooms after checking in because thermostat wasn’t working in the first one. Elevators on my wing were out of order on multiple floors. Entry light into rm 349 not working. Staff was wonderful and location is terrific so close to the Plaza.

The staff was great. Especially Jesus and the rest of the bar and restaurant staff. The room was clean but the hotel needs new towels. It's like using sandpaper to dry off. Comfortable beds and bedding. The pool area is a disaster. No pads on the wicker type furniture. The other pool chairs are old and a lot are in poor condition. Also, more of them would be nice. The pool itself needs some love. Overall, just not a very nice pool area.

Great location and friendly staff. Everyone was top notch hospitality personnel. This hotel stay is one of the best experiences I've had in a hotel. There is nothing not to like.

The manager was very unprofessional… room air conditioners were not working and they were providing box fans. However, Gavin at the front desk was awesome!

Should clean room daily

Excellent location, clean, classy. Hard to go wrong with a Hilton.
