Hotel St Francis

This hotel has a nice charmingly austere vibe that is worth experiencing--reflecting pool, crosses in the stairwell (not the rooms, although I wonder at the seemingly standard Gideon's Bible in the drawer), lots of calm brown tones and very plain to the point presentation. Almost all important anemities are packed in the room. However you should know that the "standard" room you see on the websites panoramic view isn't same as the "classic" room you'll see in the photographed... the classic room has no chairs (oops). Very friendly staff, small intimate setting, a bit adventurous if you're super introverted. If you're intrigued enough to consider it, you should go.

Very cute hotel with a fantastic location. My room overlooked the quaint little courtyard, and was very quiet. Staff were kind and had great recommendations

The staff are outstanding and a very happy team. The bar downstairs is a treat and te cocktails are standout. We will definitely stay here again when in Santa Fe.

Great location and amazing team!

It’s close to the plaza and quieter than I thought it would be. Valet parking is nice too. The sheets were sadly dirty. There was a sticky brown substance on the sheets

Beautiful, unique property that is right in the center of all of the shops and eateries in Santa Fe. Staff was amazing and the hotel is beautiful. Highly recommend!!

The Valet was super convenient and the front desk was exceptionally helpful.

The hotel is in a great spot. The building is nice with a great history.

Location One has to step up to use bathroom. Not good when one gets up during the night.

Great location, staff was incredible and onsite bar was cute with great old fashioneds made by TJ! Rooms were very small and felt outdated. Very little amenity in room, one mirror, no room on vanity to put your things, one bedside table. Pillows were uncomfortable and room looked out onto an old building with bird droppings. Lots of workers in and around hall areas so it seems they were working on the area we had a view of. I loved the main lobby, location and look of the hotel, but the room was just not all that nice for the price point.

Deeply comfortable bed, elegant and understated decor throughout the property, lovely lobby for sitting with a book or the crossword.

The outdoor section seems lovely and the entry is very nice. No power to wall behind bed so no bedside lights or plugs to charge devices. Tiny sink in the bedroom with no counterspace. No sink in the bathroom! Very large step from bedroom into bathroom. No iron. Steamer that did not function. Coffee maker in room was cheap & coffee K-cups were terrible. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Closet stunk so bad that I could not use it to hang up my clothes: like someone hid in there for a smoke!

A great place to stay close to the plaza and has everything you need

The most beautiful, peaceful property. The staff is excellent and I loved the valet parking. We had to make some changes in our travel arrangements and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Also a perfect location in the plaza.

Sink was in the room and had to step up to go in bathroom. Ratty looking like carpet in the room. Staff was helpful but not friendly. The bar service was great and the gentleman that ran it was super friendly and helpful. The veranda on the front of the building was the best part of the hotel. Lots of seating to enjoy the weather
