Hotel was centrally located with ample paid parking. Room amenities were satisfactory and there was additional coffee and hot water available in the hotel lobby. Bathroom was small, but adequate. Room space was adequate, and the bed linens were fresh. As a paying hotel guest, I didn't like have to pay an additional $10.00/day for parking. Hotel guests should not be charged. The bed had a pillow top and was quite soft compared to our home mattress (which is a firm Temperpedic). We did not sleep comfortably. The air conditioning system did not adequately cool the room at night.

Location You need to pay for parking

Hotel is in a great location and allows easy walking access to the historic plaza, including attractions, dining and shopping. Nice staff, clean rooms, and secure parking. Would definitely stay here again. No complaints, thanks.
-
LOVE the location! The beds are super comfortable, has all the amenities you need...blow dryer, coffee maker, refrigerator. Coffee in the lobby is provided as well. Its priced well compared to other properties that are close to the Plaza. The front desk staff are friendly as well. I wasn't a fan of having to pay for parking.

Very nice hotel for the money. Staff was nice. Location is excellent for proximity to downtown Santa Fe
-
Location, pool/gym facilities, quiet AC. Great breakfast!! “Queen” size bed is patently false. At best it’s a Full, worst a double bed. Tight for 2.
-
Great location and very clean Next time will request room on ground floor.

Our room seemed to have a lot of bugs. Not sure if it was being by the creek but we couldn’t leave the bathroom window open without coming back to a ton of little black bugs. I think at one point there were about 30. Then there were huge mosquito things on the front window curtain. We killed two of those.
-
Great location and had remodeled the rooms. Not a fan of Chinese food in Santa Fe. Not even sure if the restaurant was open.
-
Location - perfect! Right next to oldest church, 3 minutes from old district, 8 minutes to town square. Good restaurants all around. Great cleaning staff - they were very helpful. Clean room and bathroom. The rooms are dated - which is ok. But our room was downstairs and the curtains did not quite close. As in most hotels these days, the lighting was very low - can barely see to read.

Check in great staff great, room comfortable. Convenient location. Not many amenities
-
Too expensive? But it was Indian market weekend.
-
Staff was helpful. The smell of the room. when I got home, it had permeated all of my clothes. Just not nice
-
Location is excellent. In the center of old Santa Fe. Walk to many old SF sights. The hotel is a prior Desert Inn. It is a basic room and bath. Comfortable bed, modern updated bath with nice shower, large countertop in dressing area, no microwave, a mini fridge, pay to park ($10/night), lovely outside decorations (flower boxes, luminarias). Clean room. The old carpet and drapes were dark and need updating. The smell in the room was not fresh.
-
Clean room. Good location to walk downtown and to the plaza. Staff was average. No breakfast. Make sure you get a parking pass at check in. I was not given one and found a nasty gram on my windshield threatening to tow my vehicle. Don’t think I would stay there again

Don't let this motel stop you from staying here. The rooms are new, bedding comfortable, nice bathrooms, huge parking lot so you don't have to park a mile away. It 's quiet. location, 3 minutes to the plaza with shops and dining along the way.

Centrally located. Safe parking. Comfortable.
-
Easy walk to the plaza.
