Location Rooms are not as described, check in at 4pm, dirty

Hotel itself is quaint although could use some updating. No drawers for unpacking and closets in bathroom. Very unfriendly bathroom. No countertop. Large double pedestal sink but no countertop. Room clean, no chance to use pool or other amenities. Not sure was worth cost.

The valets were great The breakfast server was great

I look forward to coming back to see the reno. You can walk everywhere from this location. It's quite charming.

The property was beautiful and roomy, clean and well kept. The shower head is the only complaint I have. The water came out every way but on you.

Location comfort

This was a great downtown hotel. We really enjoyed the hotel and location. Staff were all great. Highly recommend.

The hotel offered to change the room but not until the next afternoon. We were only there for 2 nights so did not make sense to move for a few hours.

Southwest beauty and ambiance on full display. A valet as I was leaving without my phone who saved the day Very slow checkin and no bell person to support transferring bags and managing my cart. Called for 20 min front desk finally helped so I could place a room service order

The pool was beautiful also the sunset from my balcony

The resort was a perfect oasis in Santa Fe. The living room was a cozy spot for a drink, snack and some music. The pool and spa were amazing. The complimentary yoga in the garden was so very peaceful. Luminaria was delicious and tranquil. The rooms are a little dated, but very clean and the beds comfortable. We had a room with a terrazzo, which I highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back :)

Everything was great!

Room price the Inn and rooms did not live up to expectations also we had rented an electric car and we asked the valet to charge it overnight. They did not.

Property in a good location and staff was wonderful. Hotel is very beautiful.
