Excellent hotel! In the middle of downtown Santa Fe within walking distance to so many great places! Room service and restaurants amazing. Even a beauty salon for dogs! Professional and knowledgeable staff plus friendly. Would definitely recommend for others. I would absolutely go back.

We had a shared balcony of which I was usually the only one using it. Zazen and tai chi every morning - this was the perfect environment for that type of quiet. Highly recommend this property!!

The property is older but is fascinatingly atmospheric. The staff run from neutral to very very attentive and all were professional.

If you want to stay in a lovely, historic inn that’s perfectly located in the heart of Santa Fe, this is a beautiful place to be! The pool is to die for and the staff is very nice and supportive.

Room needed lots of repairs ants everywhere room service trays in the hall for 3 days. Elevator barely worked. Bathtub would not drain asked for maintenance 4 days in a row no help.

Great ambiance for a quick weekend visit

This hotel is old and much of the maintenance has been deferred. We had a scratched up tub with a defective drain stopper. Old shower curtains and finishe sthroughout. The carpet had stains and a musty smell and we had ants. The sink faucet cold water tab did not work. For a $630 per night room rate I was appalled. We walked outside our door past three trays of molding food for four days before they were picked up. We did have reall sweet servers at breakfast in the Luminaria restaurant with fairly good food quality. To be fair, the pool was crystal clean and seemed updated with outdoor furnishings and amenities that were what I expected but the hotel room itself was appalling. Needless to say I will not be staying there again.
