Wanted to stay here many times over the years, and very happy we finally did. Excellent place to stay. Beautiful place, helpful staff, amazing location. Would definitely recommend!

The Hotel offers a great bar and restaurant, pool is small but refreshing. I got a room facing the street wish is very noisy and does't have good insulation, hard to rest and sleep....

This delightful property is historic Santa Fe style. Well maintained and clean. Santa Fe is by location dusty and dry so upkeep is a challenge for any property. Our room with fireplace was charming. Bed very comfortable and GREAT down pillows made for good sleeping. The hairdryer is old and heavy so bring your own. We had the convenience of two sinks. They are very low. Water pressure was good. Hot water good. Shower good but mounted low which worked for us but if you are tall you might ask for a room that is set up for more height. The DelCharro bar was a nice spot out of the sun and terrific bartender and local patrons made for delightful happy hour. Free on-site parking is a bonus in Santa Fe. Excellent and ample breakfast was first rate and served hot. Location is close to all the downtown historic sites and numerous restaurants -making walking easy. This is a wonderful town for the best in Native American art and culture. Much to see, do and learn and the Inn is a great base for exploring.

This is my 13th trip to Santa Fe. And the first time staying at the Inn of the Governors. I will definitely be returning. While the rooms are older, the ambience of South American charm feels very comfortable. The Inn is a well oiled machine. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. There’s always somebody cleaning something ….very well kept up! there is a charming pool, absolutely beautifully landscaped. Being only two blocks from the square is fantastic location! free parking free hot breakfast are some of the amenities included in a very fair price. Fully recommend!

Breakfast was excellent and I've never experienced a made to order breakfast that I didn't pay for. The flowers are beautiful and were right out our door. Richard is amazing...knows so much about the area and is so willing to share his knowledge. The recently redone rooms were above expectations. All in all, we would highly recommend. Not particularly fond of the sherry...but a nice gesture!

This property was gorgeous and charming, close to the Santa Fe plaza. We had a wonderful time.
-
Great location to all the restaurants and shopping! Great stay!
-
What a wonderful place to stay while visiting New Mexico! It has so much old-world charm, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. We wanted to be close to the Plaza, and the location was perfect. Parking was easy, the complimentary breakfasts were excellent, and the sherry and biscochito hour was the cherry on top. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return in a couple of years.
