This hotel didn’t disappoint us with friendly staffs and room is spacious and very clean. The pool and hot tub-perfect after hours of driving. We will come back and recommend this hotel. Kids enjoyed our stay!

Was crowded with little kids. Rooms were nice. The young lady concierge was absolutely irreplaceable.
-
Comfortable and very close to everything definitely recommend this place

Parking valet scraped my brand new car whilst removing luggage from the trunk
-
Room and property were clean. Toilet handle was very loose and coffee maker would not work. Asked the front desk to fix these things, but they were not fixed

Absolutely loved our stay. We booked last minute as a 1 night stop on a road trip with our two kids, and didn't want to leave! Beautiful hotel. Best service we've had in a long time, from the bellhop, to valet, to front desk, to food/beverage. Delicious food and drinks at the pool. Beautiful rooftop pool area that is shaded in the evenings. Definitely want to stay here on future trips to Santa Fe, with or without our kids!

Absolutely amazing destination! Everything was perfect.

The valet broke my car. I had to follow up with the property. They didn’t file or share the incident report as promised. Although, they did reimburse me for the damage to vehicle. It did take some time to reach the right person to help me with this. A decent hotel would at least comp a customer a meal for such an inconvenience. The elevators were also broken and our room was not available when we arrived around 2:30 pm. The hot tub had too much chlorine. I had an allergic reaction to being in the hot tub.

Very nice high end hotel.

I was told they were very busy? It was 930 and the towels and water were delivered at 11am. I walked around the floor trying to see if housekeeping was present but didn’t see anyone. This is supposed to be one of the nicer properties in Santa Fe but the customer service was terrible.

El cuarto 502 No tenía aire frío. No funcionaba. Nos tuvieron que cambiar a las 10:30 de la noche. Después que fueron a ver si podía arreglarlo!! Cuando llegas cansado desempacas y luego no funciona tu clima. Si es frustrante.

The location is excellent and roof top pool and Hot tub where Fantastic!! I used Expedia and through them along with calling hotel direct asking for a Pet free Room ! Both claimed that wasn't a problem yet they gave us a room that was strong in cleaning products which also means Dog in the Room!! My wife is very allergic and this was Very disappointing! Very! Along with Dog pee on elevator!! I also used a Expedia app where all taxes and fees were charged yet the Hotel chose to charge be a bogus acupancy charge per Night very beautiful hotel but note the Extra charges along with we like Dogs over the people who have allergies

Our favorite place to stay in NM

The floor in our room was dirty. The fridge doesn’t work. you have to move the chair to watch TV and the chair is absolutely disgusting falling apart the bedframe sticks out in the room and every time you get up to go to the bathroom, you crack your leg on it not a very good design the toilet handle doesn’t flush properly and the toilet seat is super loose. You cannot plug the bathtub. There is no plug and there is no rubber mat for the shower and it is super slippery. They definitely do not pay attention to the little details. The mirror that’s hanging by the bathroom door has a picture wire sticking out. The hot tub tubs are gross and they have greasy dirt in the corners. The valet service is excellent. And the manager of the gift store is an absolute sweetheart.

Walking distance to pretty much everything. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service. Pool and hot tubs so nice, with a great view. Room perfect. Felt so relaxed. Loved the robes.
