The pool and jacuzzi were very nice. The workout room was well below par and dirty. The rooms were nice overall but not entirely clean. Certain elements just did not seem dialed in.

Once again the photos DO NOT tell the full story. This place needs a facelift desperately. You can tell they have tried, but must have had a limited budget because it wasn't the best attempt. Location is ok, away from much. The upsetting part was that when we arrived, they said you will have a suite that overlooks the garden. The garden is the pool area. So I asked when does the pool close because I didn't want to hear people partying in the pool area until midnight. Closed at 10 p.m. ~ Great! However, what they failed to tell us is that they must have rented a space in the hotel out to some group doing videos and playing loud music until all hours of the morning, that could be heard through the hotel. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. We went to have dinner at the bar/ restaurant and the musician for that night had the music so loud in the small space you had to yell to hear others. We left the hotel before our stay was up.

This is such a beautiful place to stay. It’s tucked away off the main streets of Santa Fe, and has such a beautiful view. The pool and sauna were amazing! It clearly showed by how many people were there from sun up to sun down. The staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would stay here again!

Great place to stay while in Santa Fe - about a mile from the square. Very nice rooms, great pool/patio, very nice staff.

I feel vast improvements need to be made in the following areas. #1 are the dungeon DARK bathrooms, impossible to see in and with the shower curtain closed, it feels like you are showering in a dark closet. Speaking of closets, our closet had one just one small rod which made it difficult to hang a weeks worth of clothing for two people. #2 The air conditioner fan will NEVER automatically shut off regardless of the temperature it is set to. The constant noise is unpleasant and difficult to sleep. There are almost no accessible electrical plugins. #3 Since the rebranding of the hotel it seems they have added a "resort fee" which I guess is for the pool and gym? Don't use either one and this hotel does not feel like a resort in any manner! There are now no refrigerators in the rooms but there is a bottle of filtered water which is a big deal to get refilled and has to remain room temperature. There are no vending machines and the ice machine is located near the registration desk which was a long way from our room. Would we stay there again? Possibly, but only for an overnight stay, not for the three or four night stay that we do over Indian Market.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. It was very relaxing, quiet and the pool was a nice warm temperature. The room was clean with great Southwest decor. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It could use a little more lighting. There were only a couple of lamps and one side of the room was a little dark no matter what time of day.

Handy location if you need to get on the I-25 freeway… but then we could hear the highway constantly. Property felt unkempt. “Old and quaint” is different from unkempt and run down. It was feeling run down and tired. Worn carpet, old low bathroom sink areas, no fan in old bathroom, no towel bar near sinks, hairdryer was dirty and plugged with fuzz not clean, dark areas. Ice machine near our room was broken the week we stayed, not good in August. Our room was very dark, only on bedside lamp, dark ceiling paint didn’t help. One dim ceiling light. Wobbly floor lamp in far corner. We used our ironing board as second bedside table. Coffee bar was dark, with instant coffee in packet and no tea. Frig was not cold enough, we turned on high to try to keep our food cold. Ants everyday on our coffee bar. And room. Very few outlets to plug into in the room, and our plugged in items just fell out of the outlets. Loose outlets were not helpful as our phone chargers just fell out of the wall outlets. Patio was not maintained, bricks broken and gaps on floor, heavy not comfortable furniture was not arranged just random and uninviting to sit on deck and light was out. Area outside our room with fountain was not swept, fountain full of leaves not running. Flowers all dry and weeds. Missed opportunity with gardens not refreshed with rocks and bark. Bare dirt with weeds felt like they didn’t care. Lobby was tired, not as pictured on website or booking.com site. Lobby was not maintained daily…and in August, the hospitality console with water was weak and a missed host opportunity, as the water offered was not maintained, warm and cups were always out. Not a fresh offering of hospitality, so easy yet missed. On-site restaurant was overly dark, more of a nightclub atmosphere.. not dinner. Property listed as “Leisure Resort” is misleading as it did not feel like a resort hotel. A basic step above motel 6 or Comfort Inn.. Not professional staff at front desk, just “getting around” to hospitality.

What a hip little joint! This is a stylish boutique, on a budget! If you are okay with it being an updated version of a dated property, you'll love it. Set your expectations and you won't be disappointed. "You get what you pay for." The pool was AWESOME. The staff is great. The vibes at each venue are superb. Great marketing. We brought our kiddos and they had a blast. We will definitely be back!

The staff at "hotel" Glorieta possess a prepared enthusiasm and stand ready to help with a kind professionalism. They do their best to meet requests. Having said that they have a bit of an uphill battle.
-
The staff is great, the location is lovely, the pool is very nice. The carpet in the room is very stained, the ceiling is painted a very dark green which soaks up all the light and makes the room dark and gloomy.
-
We loved our stay here. Several amenities and comfy bed. Probably could use some slight updating and they must have the AC on a timer at night that shuts on and off with movement. Overall though we enjoyed it and would return . The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Wonderful experience.....super helpful staff and leadership.

We had 2 separate reservations for an extra night stay they made the checkin & 2 separate reservations simple just having keys updated. Bottled water & coffee available in the room. Mcduffy bar/restaurant was fantastic we were early for happy hour & were taken care of. We were going to opera for first time & were given helpful tips. We were traveling with our kitten so did not have room service. Did not use pool or spa (no time). We will definitely be coming back -

Everything about this hotel was amazing. It was pretty easy to get to and was out of the city which was nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were actually comfortable. They have an outdoor pool that was a life saver when it came to the heat. They also had a hot tub and sauna to relax in. They also have a pool bar which had alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. They have a bar upstairs that served breakfast and dinner. Food was 10/10! I would definitely go back ASAP.
