We’ll stay there again.

The breakfast was good. The bathroom had hair on the floor. My room was on second floor and the outside tables were nice BUT people sat out there late at night talking and laughing. Did not get a good nights sleep.

Clean and good bteakfast

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. Receptionists is very welcoming and helpful. The room is very clean and spacious enough. Staff is very friendly. There’s a parking garage and space for a fee (reasonable parking price compared to other hotels). Good breakfast buffet. The only downside was we encountered a very rude guest, feeling entitled and very disrespectful.

Did not get to try the pool. But not very far from the pier and beach, easy 15 min drive.

A really annoying thing was having to log on to the internet every time you used it.

Clean room. Close to major sites. Will stay again.

The room was clean and big, but it’s an old motel that has been fixed up. You can only do so much. That part of town was a little unnerving.

Spacious room and great location

The room was damp! The bathroom door hits the toilet so you need to get in then close the door. The checkin s was done by someone who didn’t want to be there. Not a smile or a kind word. I Ice Machines are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Too bad I was on the 1st.

Room was like daylight even at night because there were blinds but no curtains in the extra room, and the parking lot was so bright. Tried to cover it with towels and it not great.

Parking air conditioning room is way too hot and muggy

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice and professional.

Hey we were looking at hotels and this was one of the cheapest in the area of the city we wanted to be in. I wasn't expecting the Ritz, however I was surprised at how rundown it was for a national chain. But yet it was pretty busy, a lot of people made the same choice based on value. The location was convenient in Santa Monica you could take a frequent bus 2 miles down the road to the downtown and Pier. There was convenient parking which seems to be a premium as well. I don't think I would look to stay there again but who knows based on price maybe we would.

Carpet was extremely stained and filthy.

Really nice experience. No struggle to find parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was clean and our room was big and clean.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Kids loved swimming in the pool. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The kids thought the soccer shaped waffles were so cool. Plenty of parking spaces and all the staff we engage with were very pleasant. It was a very easy drive to the pier. Would have liked the pool hours to have stayed open a little later but other that that our stay was fine.
