Comfort Inn Santa Monica - West Los Angeles

This hotel is great! Big room with comfy beds and the quietest AC I’ve ever had. Nice breakfast but there could be more seating.

It was clean, the staff was great, and breakfast was great, too.

The family suite was perfect for our group. The property is basic, but clean and secure. We enjoyed the small pool and convenient parking. A great place for the price!

I liked that they had one room that could accommodate my family of 6. My husband and I slept in the private room which was great. It had its own TV and mini AC which was super cold air. The other 2 beds fit our 4 kids comfortably. My kids were so happy the second day when housekeeping made beds and arranged their stuffed animals and blankets so nicely on bed. The third day however housekeeping forgot to take the bags of trash they collected and left them by the door inside room. I had also requested a new bottle of body wash because ours was empty and when we got back to our room after a day at beach I realized it was still empty. I called front desk and they told me I would need to come get it which was difficult since my toddler was already in the bathtub and husband went to grab food. Free breakfast was nice. Of the 3 mornings we ate they had a different meat option but wish they would offer 2 meat selections per day. Overall, we would stay again. Spacious rooms, close to beach and other fun places.

Close to the beach. Stayed in a 2bedroom suite with 3 beds, space was nice but the bathroom counter was bar height, and after walking on the floors barefoot our feet were black like it wasn’t cleaned properly, wear socks.

We stayed for 1 night to see the Santa Monica pier and hotel was very clean, breakfast was great.

Wonderful location in Santa Monica. The room was clean, mini fridge was functional, and both beds had nice clean bedding. We felt safe during our stay and do plan to stay there again for future trips. Walls are thin though so be aware of that. The pool was very clean, it was a shame that we didn't get to use it. Parking lot is a bit tight for larger vehicles. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for this trip.

It's a nice hotel in good location with good security. Room was big for a couple or even 3 people with large bathroom. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. It was very expensive for an 'inn' kind of hotel and with extra $10 charge for daily parking. It was during UCLA graduation time and beginning of The Word Cup but still too much. Also, the pool hours are to short, 9am to 8pm as I remember... We never got to use it as we were out during that time. You pay for something that you can't really use it as this isn't a place to hangout all day. Yo want to use pool to either start or finish your day. That was disappointing.
