Average hotel, clean and good location Room was infested by ants, according to the staff this is normal!

The shower in my room didn't work so that was disappointing. I also would have prefered a thicker comforter since the AC blasts. But the hotel was very clean, staff was nice. All in all it is just okay at best. Totally fine for a one night work trip but wouldn't want to stay here for, say, a week long vacay.

Fitness room could be improved. Sun deck was a surprising amenity. Underground parking also very appreciated.

What a great Gem we found! Friendly staff, super clean rooms and close to the Pier, ocean and our dr appointments. Would stay here again!

The staff was very kind, the location is great (you can take the bus and be in downtown santa monica in like 15 mins)!

The room was comfortable and well presented. There could have been better communication between housekeeping and the front desk as I had two knocks on the door for cleaning before my checkout time.

Was saddened that the hotel had stopped serving concierge breakfast. We were looking forward to the pancakes…was let down. The cost of the room was shocking.

Good location just off the freeway. Parking is reasonable compared to other hotels. Bit noisy but you are in the middle of a city so to be expected. Lovely big room. Whole foods about a 15min walk and they do a great takeaway pizza - highly recommend!

Finding the parking entrance took a couple of attempts (underground). The parking area was safe, but favored smaller cars. A large SUV will be a tight squeeze in spots. Security was evident.

This was possibly the cleanest establishment I've ever stayed in. Absolutely immaculate and incredibly well maintained. Excellent facilities. Top value! I only had one caffeinated filter bag for the coffee machine. Minor gripe.
