We didn't expect the room to be that big—so it was a pleasant surprise. It was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed. The location is fine—you have to keep in mind that in LA, getting around by car is the only practical way to see a lot of attractions. It’s about a 10-minute drive to the Santa Monica Pier, which is also fine. I recommend it to anyone who wants to see Santa Monica and LA ( around 25/30 min by car). No bottled water included in the room rate. The elevator gives the impression that it's about to stop at the very end once it reaches the floor. The rest, without objection.

the parking was super cheap ($23/night) compared to usual la prices and the location was convenient for getty villa and museum and the beach. room was spacious and pretty clean but we had thrips in our bed and kept getting bitten which wasn’t great

I was really impressed with this hotel. Shower, bed and everything else was very clean. The area is safe and has public transportation, you can also walk to Santa Monica beach (40 min if you’re into that, electric bikes and scooters are available everywhere and not too expensive). It’s clean and most importantly feels safe. I definitely 100% recommend this hotel and I will for sure be back, the staff is so helpful and nice to add a cherry on top. Recommend 100%

The location was great and very quiet, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the room felt a bit small for two adults and a child. Also, we ended up skipping Santa Monica Beach and spent our time in Malibu instead. None

I really loved it here a lot. It was so relaxing and comfortable. Definitely quiet area. Very clean and I like the hair and body wash items also. I recommend for anyone traveling. Parking was affordable too not expensive loke other places. The staff were very professional and sweethearts.

Rooms and lobby area were clean. Service was efficient and it is close to major sites like Santa Monica Pier.

It’s in the process of getting fixed up, in a nice area! The beds were so comfortable! The staff was so helpful and AC felt amazing.

I like everything of course I’d like free parking. Of course I would like free anything but they do a great job in a great location. The people that work here are amazing.
