Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows

I loved all of the fun amenities It has too many steps to bring luggage up

Was excellent and staff was BEYOND polite! The Bungalow was not huge but felt very private and like a beach house. I’ve already booked my return stay next week! The restaurant was I’d say just slightly better than average. Service was still good but the food itself I wouldn’t call amazing. Sausage was odd and flavorless like it was boiled, and overall it just didn’t live up to the standards the rest of the hotel set. It was also extremely expensive for what it was. An omelette a coffee and a Bloody Mary for $100 (without tip) seemed steep to me even for a Fairmont.

The location was perfect, close to the weekly farmer's market and very close to the beach.

Property is gorgeous, great amenities, location right across from the beach. Rooms were dated, balcony was sold as beach front and it was at an angle with large bars across hindering the view. Not what was shown online.

The valet parking is super expensive

Lovely hotel, kind & helpful staff, delicious food & restful sleep. If I absolutely have to quibble, of course the deck chairs were all taken, but eventually some opened up, so all was well in the end

Beautiful decor. Great ocean and pool view from room. Room was warm. Couldn’t get it to cool down.

Staff was very kind, professional, and helpful Heat didn’t work in room. It was blowing cool air. TV was not modern. Hard to connect devices unlike a normal SmartTV. Blankets didn’t hold much warmth

The Fairmont is really nice. We've stayed there many times over the years. It's classy. Nearly every visit we've encountered an employee or two who have delivered tier one service. This time it was Anthony. Had a little discussion about how hard it was to get a soda after 1000PM. Next thing I knew a soda was sent to the room. That was so thoughtful and unexpected. I really like this place. It's expensive but what isn't in SoCal?

location size of rooms and cleanliness asking for anything took at least 30 minutes or an hour. Ice iron glasses food everything was slow as if they were short staffed
