A good place to stay for a couple days. Every once in a while I could hear cars on the road or the room above.

This property is intimate and quaint. It has California charm and the look of an Old Coast property but with updated and well maintained facilities.

Great place close to the beach and lots of restaurants.

Though they did not have room service or a pool they were still efficient and we enjoyed our stay there.

property was halfway between venice beach and santa monica pier. about a mile and a half walk to each place. room was clean. staff friendly. would consider staying there again.

Nice quaint motel with cute courtyard. Room was clean and comfortable. Our room was in front of building facing the street so it was super loud. Lots of traffic on the Main Street starting early in the morning and into the evening. Only interacted with staff at check in but he has very pleasant. The pillows were not my favorite but small detail. Would consider staying here again but would insist to be further back in building away from the Main Street.

Nice room cute place. However, parking was very limited and tight. We had to park in the street.

It would also be nice to have a shared kitchen with a stovetop and a microwave, as well as a later check-out time.

Place was nice and clean. The shower water pressure was bad and it took a long while for hot water to come out.

The staff was very helpful letting us check in early and overall gracious. The rooms are cozy but they felt so clean and comfy. The courtyard was very cute too. We will definitely be going back there.

Most of the night. It was a distant smell like in the walls or bad plumbing, but very present. I finally turned the fan on the AC unit and it seemed to help; the wall screen for the AC did say it was time to change the filter so it could have come from the AC. I tried opening windows but it was loud even with the earplugs provided (thank you so much for that, they did help my teen daughter rest but I’m a very light sleeper!). Also the windows are against the street where there was lot of commotion, sirens and people clearly not mentally ok. So, windows remained closed. The staff was pleasant and coffee was delicious.

The parking is limited on site. If too late you have to park in the street (for free overnight, but had to start paying at 9am. There is no ice machine, they will give you a juice glass with ice in it. Our shower had very low water pressure. Our room was right next to the road so they had ear plugs in the room, not a good sign. It was noisy. The add made it sound like you could walk to the beach and pier, that was not possible.
