Hyatt Centric Delfina Santa Monica

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming at both check-in and check-out. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a lovely little balcony and nice views. The hotel amenities were also very good, and the location was convenient for exploring Santa Monica. We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return.

Our room backed up to some apartment buildings hot tub and had little privacy and the AC did not work. We reach out to Brian, the manager on duty, and was very unhelpful. Between initially reaching out and getting moved to a new room, it took almost 3 hours. We were left on hold so long it disconnected, had to carry our stuff between rooms in one trip with no help and also remind them multiple times to call in for the rollaway needed.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

they did not have the room we requested as they oversold we were told and they gave us what they had. so we were not terribly pleased. Parking is also very expensive

Everything and everyone was amazing!! Great service and very clean.

Restaurant service way too slow and the very loud music playing should be toned down or eliminated. Room decor art deco vibe nice, and comfortable beds and bedding. The pool area should be quieter and not allowed to be a romper room for young children. Also, not a single outlet to charge phone anywhere outside by pool..not even one.

Nice place. My only complaint is the lack of storage in the bedroom, had to live out of my suitcase

The room was small but adequate. We had some confusion with the billing of our room, but with some effort the staff were able to correct their error. There is an extra resort fee at this hotel and I have never been able to figure out what you get for that. The hotel doesn't have anything that is not standard at most hotels. You can walk to the beach/pier from this hotel, but it is a long walk so most of the time we took car hires to get where we needed to go. We have stayed here several times because it is a reliable hotel in a safe and quiet area and is not as expensive as some hotels in Santa Monica.

We had a wonderful stay, however, the room was so small for the price we paid. The room was clean and in decent shape. It was a lovely vacation.
