Americas Best Value Inn Santa Rosa, CA

Not much to talk about. Room was ok for a two night stay. Floors and bathroom was clean. A/C system worked however was noisy, to be expected. Did not have a coffee machine, they offered coffee in the main office, nothing else.

Although a last minute reservation, we were welcomed. Clean room and friendly staff.

No frills, clean and well kept. Location right off the 101 Freeway. A/C cranks! For two nights it was a good stay

Room was clean and smelled good. Bed was comfortable. Nice qualities soap and shampoo we're provided. Access from the freeway was easy. Location was very convenient to Costco, Trader Joe's, and restaurants. I would stay there again. Parking was right outside the door of the ground floor room.

This inn was a very clean and comfortable place to stay for the night. The value was also much more reasonable than other locations. It’s perfect for those who just want a comfortable and clean place to sleep, without all the extra amenities.

Clean, clean, and clean place. This is my fault, not realizing no coffee maker in room. I don’t understand why not?? That is not their fault. The bed had a noisy frame and it was noisy outside. If you need a place that needs to be in that area, stay here.

The property isn't fancy but the room was clean, plenty of parking spaces, and the refrigerator in the room worked well.

The property was clean and well maintained, plenty of parking. Upon entering the room you could smell that it was freshly cleaned. The property felt safe and we would definitely stay again. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Decent place for a night. Had all the basic things. Would've liked a tray on the shower for holding soap.

Great place at a reasonable price when one doesn't require a pool, breakfast, etc. Bed was firm but not hard. Would have appreciated a cushy armchair, but pillows behind my back and the bed sufficed fot my one-night stay.
