Excellent service and very clean rooms breakfast delicious

I have been staying here once a month now for about 14 months now on business travels. I used the Hot Tub and Pool for the first time. It was awesome to unwind in the Hot Tub. The water temp in the pool was very cold, but it felt good on a hot summer day. Looking forward to next months trip.

We were there for 2 nights, my family really enjoyed, even though we were next to freeway our bedroom was quiet, beds comfortable, and breakfast is good , staff is super helpful and friendly!! we definitely comeback here again, only thing didn’t know about is the $ 10 dollar charge for parking per day , but I still like this hotel!!

It was quiet and dark so good for sleeping but we got bedbug bites.

Full breakfast

It was clean and the staff was good. The room was spacious and contemporary. The bed was a bit on the soft side, but that is personal preference. Unfortunately, one of the elevators was out the whole time and considering it’s four floors and rather large that was a bit of an inconvenience for everyone staying at the time. Apparently it has been out for two weeks and is going to be out a few weeks more from what I heard from one of the employees. The breakfast was the same every day and was just satisfactory. The scrambled eggs and bacon were subpar. I would rate the breakfast two stars out of five.

Parking was terrible. Ran out of spots 2 of 3 nights. Wow. And spaces were tiny Housekeepers didn't want to clean the room. And the breakfast was really bad I hope they fix their issues and become a better property.

This is our go to Santa Rosa hotel. Friendly staff, clean, comfy bed, decent breakfast, decent pool and hot tub. Only things I would change - pool is on the cold side, one of two elevators was down our entire four night stay, and parking can be a little tight.

The room was spacious enough for my family with young children and the walls are thick enough that we did not hear our neighbors at night. The dust was very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and spacious. Check-in was smooth and complementary breakfast was standard.

Customer service and cleaners were good. Breakfast was good. Air conditioner was good.

Easy check in, responsive staff, free breakfast was perfect.

Best part of this hotel was it's staff. The rooms are relatively new, ample parking, lots of food options, a Target and Trader Joe's near by, and good in room facilities. A bummer was the bed and pillows. Still have four stars because of the property location and staff. I most likely won't stay here again with family due to the poor quality of mattress and pillows.

Beware that, though you may self-park in the hotel lot, you will be charged $10 per night.
