Location. Breakfast. 1/2 staff competent Apathetic staff. Unclean halls and floors. Incompetent staff afraid to enforce rules if nonsmoking. Noisy neighbors apparently a party hotel on weekends

Room service wasn’t being done everyday. Breakfast can be better. Rooms were of descent size. Good for overnight stay

One downside for me was the breakfast hours. Breakfast is only served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, which feels too early for a vacation. When I’m traveling, I usually like to sleep in until around 9:30 or 10:00 AM, so I completely missed breakfast. Extending breakfast until at least 10:00 AM would make the stay much more enjoyable for guests who are on vacation. Overall, it’s a decent option in a pinch, but don’t expect modern accommodations.

Great stay out Hotel Becket. Can't beat the location, room was clean, and the free breakfast is a big plus. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

location was surounded by shoping and good food and not far from all other cool places like the plaza mall and scandia. also not far from the movies. timing of thier free breakfast way to early and eneded to early

The tv was not set up correctly. The front desk guy was rude when I asked him about it.

I over heard various complaints, one of which is from an angry-agitated dissatisfied customer while lounging at their lobby. Breakfast is free - coffee is not hot, no refill of fresh fruits, butter, creamcheese, fried eggs and link sausages. Scarsed personnel to handle customer needs. Remember for the price per night they charge, good service is at utmost expectation. Hope this establishment does not treat their employees the same way they treat their PAYING customers. Arrogance knows no difference, just saying… It’s a one night stay, thank God! There is always a hope to be better… good luck weary travelers!
