Best Western Garden Inn

We had a family suite and loved it! The only thing that could be improved is the TV doesn’t have a lot os apps like YouTube and HBO Max. Other than that everything was great.

The room was great and the customer service was wonderful. Overall the room was excellent, large and perfect for our family. Only down side was the spa was separate from the pool. Would have liked to enjoy the spa while watching our children swim at the pool.

Hot tub was lukewarm gardeners outside door with machines and blowers at 830am on a Saturday morning.

Wonderful people, very nicely kept facility.

Even though it is an older hotel the beds were very comfortable and the room I had was nice and big. I also appreciated the 2 complementary bottles of water.

Spacious, clean room. Comfy beds, pillows, linens. Convenient microwave and fridge in each room. High shower head. Free parking. Great location.

The room was very clean and quiet even though we did have neighbors, we didn’t even hear them. Loved the little sitting area (also pet relief area) by the front of the property it was beautifully kept and relaxing. Also they have a “house” kitty that welcomes you and follows you around sometimes, (I think she) was very gentle and loved being petted. Overall great spot to stay and for a good price.

Best Westerns are always a great place to stay. The beds were super duper comfortable -- I slept like a log. The rooms were wonderful and spacious. The bathroom even had a bathtub. Also we have dogs and Best Westerns are one of the few hotels where dogs are welcome. We had a procedure at a nearby hospital requiring us to stay near the hospital after discharge, so stayed at the nearest Best Western as we had to take our two dogs with us. This Best Western even has a designated place for pet potty which also provides waste bags and bins. Really nice place. Highly recommend.

Room smelled . Ac made a terrible smell. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Random people stomping around all night . Barely slept . Won’t come back .

The property is laid out nicely. There are parking spaces for each room right in front of one’s assigned room which was great for easy unloading and loading one’s vehicle. The bathroom had a long sink which allows enough area for each person. The bathroom was nice and clean. I personally appreciate that the shower head was not way high up and there was decent water flow. The room was a nice size with two queen beds. The sheets were very comfortable and the duvet was the right weight. We also found the pillows to be comfortable! The sliding door had a great curtain that darkened the room pretty well. The downside was that there is a long window in the bathroom area that was uncovered, so that let light in. Our room was nice and quiet! My husband appreciated the coffee station with Wolfgang Puck coffee and Creamora. We would definitely return to this Best Western!

Restaurant was very good Breakfast, customer service was excellent a restaurant is a real sleeper. Would recommend this Best Western Garden Inn and restaurant to anyone. Great customer service motel and restaurant. I will be back.

The hotel is excellent including the staff!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Table and two chairs were nice to have. The bed was very comfortable. Our room had a sliding door with a patio and two chairs, it looked out into a pretty garden. The grounds were lovely, lots of trees and flowers. Everyone was very helpful. We are breakfast in their cafe and recommend it.
