Innkeeper, you should be ashamed of yourself. Your mattress and towels should have been replaced 10 years ago..

Just ok. A greasy counter in the bathroom. No shampoo or conditioner. Wifi a serious hassle involving web browser. Never could get it to work. Otherwise ok.

The property is in a bad neighborhood, hard to find. Everything is old and in poor condition. The personal was friendly and helpful, but breakfast was no more than a snak.

I would call this place quite adequate. The room was clean and quiet. It had a kitchenette which we did not use. There were packets of oatmeal and hot drinks available for breakfast in the lobby. I especially appreciated their having plain oatmeal. The biggest drawbacks were that the mattresses were exceptionally thin, soft, and crinkly. I slept fine as I am small, but my heavier partner found them uncomfortable. I don't know if these mattresses are in all the rooms. Also, the place could use a spruce up--for example, cupboards showed a lot of wear.

Other guest loitering in hallways, dogs in rooms barking, people smoking and drinking in parking lot, kids riding scooters and bikesn on 2nd floor walkways, police units parked on both entrances and exits of property, person smoking inside elevator, definitely not a place where I would look into staying again. Received 1 night refund out of 2 nights reservation. Front desk person was very accommodating and helpful, the property and location is terrible.

Room was clean enough. It’s a budget hotel. I get it. But it’s severely outdated, the fridge didn’t get very cold and the shower head had a leak that would spray water over the curtain and onto the floor. I ended up putting a towel over the leak to redirect the water into the tub. I think the key cards failing constantly really made me feel unsafe and very cautious. I wouldn’t let my own kids stay here. Staff was nice and helpful, but how much can you honestly do when you have a problematic key card system. Extended Stay should take a hard look at this property. I also put the chair by the door because I didn’t trust the lock.

The bathroom smelled and was liking, the mattresses were very old, the furniture was peeling look like they got it froma second hand store, one of the the beds had wheels when I tried to sit it moved.
