Redwood Inn

A very basic motel. Perfectly fine and an easy driving distance to the Charles Schulz Museum which was our raison d’être for visiting Santa Rosa.

Nicely updated older motor inn. Owner lives on site. Very friendly and helpful.

They need to update the property as it has a kcup machine and not your regular coffee pot. Had I known, I would bring my own pods.

Upgraded to a better room and found it very nice, roomy, and clean. The front desk manager was great!

Clean room, towels and linen. Small room but for one person so adequate for a nights sleep. coffee machine didn't work

This room had ants in it.

A minor concern was a slow bathtub drain in our room.... Otherwise a great stay.

The room was clean & comfortable. The Inn was close to the medical office, Denny's was across the street for dinner, Costco & Target was a short walk. Very convenient. Not that I had my dog, but they don't take dogs.

Very accommodating, was running late with our check out and let us stay past to get cleaned out. Rooms were clean and close to down town and the freeway. Clean rooms and area!

Older property, well maintain. Clean and quiet. Plenty of parking and the price was just right.

This place is a hidden gem if you don’t need anything fancy. Clean, working properly and the gentleman on the front desk is awesome. For the low budget stay here, don’t gamble elsewhere because I had bad stories about other properties that were of the same rating. This place should definitely be rated higher.

The manager greeted me kindly though I arrived late, responded helpfully to problems and questions, and was cordial to me upon my departure. One housekeeper was very kind to get more coffee and 'creamer' for me. Management/houskeeping was generous with snacks, much appreciated. Linens and towels were bright and new. Shower and floors were recently renewed. The facility is aging, and not gracefully. The door had apparently been forced open due to some violence in the past. Cosmetic problems with repairs detracted from overall appeal.
