We were able to spend a very comfortable night and had a very good breakfast.

Excellent rooms

The bed was firm to the point of being a bit hard.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar included eggs, sausage, waffle station, fruit, cold or hot cereal, juice. REALLY more than I expected. Best value for your money. Highly recommend this hotel. Location is great for reaching downtown Sarasota or the beaches. Nothing.

Location perfect for my visit to Sarasota, especially proximity to Ringling Museum and the airport...

Short. Everything was perfect. The volume on T. V was extremely low, but they sent a technician the next day. He took care of it immediately.

Distance from beaches Room smell bad

There are no more water views due to nearby construction. The staff were like annoying zombies. One person actually tried to intimidate me. No hot water . Practically empty. It’s a decent budget hotel. Don’t pay more than 70 bucks. I will never stay here again.

The air conditioning was in terrible condition it was making a lot of noise ; in the mattress you can feel the wires .

Being named 'guest of the day' was a nice touch. The room was large and comfortable and location was superb for what we needed.

Located in a quiet area, not far from the city center. It is a modern building with decent-sized rooms. It is a quiet place, suitable for a family vacation. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly. Parking is available. They didn't clean under our bed, because a bottle cap was lying right next to it. The beds were too small for two adults, even though the room was booked for three adults.

The staff was very friendly accommodating. It gave me a beautiful room clean for my birthday celebration. What I didn’t really like was the breakfast in the morning I think the poor girl was overwhelmed because when we got in there, everything was gone she was trying to fill things. I don’t think she could keep up.
