When we arrive, the person, the front desk was so hostile because we have Boat mind you that I were boats fit in one parking and we have two parking per room. We have 5 boats and we have 8 rooms so they make a big show.

No water pressure in shower and beds were pretty stiff!

Roommate was not clean for the days that we stayed there I would not recommend this place and the rooms was musky with a bad odor.

Our sink was clogged when we got there and Mike did fix it right away. But that doesn't change the fact that the room was absolutely disgusting, Mold in the bathroom Stains on the bedding The pool was gross. There is no filtration system there for the eater so it taste like Sulphur I will spend more and stay elsewhere next time we are in the area

The hotel was Ok. The AC unit was very loud and the facility seemed a little dated. The improvements made showed sloppy construction practices. The location was excellent for us and parking was ample . The person managing the breakfast area was very helpful!

The parking was good, this hotel did not have a view to the beach, is far from it, but the service was good, and room good and clean.

This stay was a fail. The entire hotel smelled like a wet dog. Our room looked 3rd world with a clogged toilet and no hot water! Spent $ 140 for one night. I will absolutely NEVER return. I would suggest the City of Sarasota come in to inspect this property. I am shocked that they are still in business.

Horrible experience. I forgot to pack my slippers and lets just say I was afraid to put my bare feet on the floor/rug!!
