The staff at the Ritz Carlton are simply amazing. From the reception staff to the valet to housekeeping the people are simply phenomenal. The hotel and amenities are all 5 star. Our room was modern luxurious and comfortable. The beach club is unique and incredible. Loved our stay and loved the Ritz.

The staff is polite and helpful. The hotel and beach club are beautiful but need a bit of maintenance.... New paint, new carpet, updated showers, better quality shampoo, conditioner, etc ....

The location of the hotel was nice. I did not like the constant banging I heard the entire night I was there. I told the staff about this and told them I wanted to leave. They still charged me for the night I did not stay and did NOTHING to resolve that banging noise.

However, the pool towels and chair covers were old and had holes. There was a large clump of hair in the drain of the beach pool. Resort pool had some scum floating on top. Both pools were super hot and not refreshing. For the luxury hotel name you would think a chiller could be installed.

This property doesn’t feel like a RC hotel. The photos are deceptive. The beach club is a 3 mile shuttle bus ride away. There is only 1 restaurant on site.
