However, the pool towels and chair covers were old and had holes. There was a large clump of hair in the drain of the beach pool. Resort pool had some scum floating on top. Both pools were super hot and not refreshing. For the luxury hotel name you would think a chiller could be installed.

This property doesn’t feel like a RC hotel. The photos are deceptive. The beach club is a 3 mile shuttle bus ride away. There is only 1 restaurant on site.

I really liked the service and the property is very nice.

Overall, the club level is a great value. However, the rooms were very small. Things appeared to be nice. However, paint was flaking from the vanity in the bathroom and also the grout was just painted over to make it appear to be white. I expected more.

We had a lovely time staying at the Ritz Sarasota. Everything was good. I wouldn’t say excellent, but very good. We have stayed at many Ritz Carlton hotels and felt the Sarasota Ritz was not up to the same level of service as the other hotels we have stayed at before. Overall, the hotel was clean and the beach club was great!

Staff is amazing and the food at Dusty’s, Rufa, and room service was excellent.

The property was beautiful and staff was very nice. I do wish there were more options for food onsite as well as the rooms were pretty small and we were on the 9th floor so I was a bit surprised (no room fridge). We did have a wonderful time just wasn’t as “resort” like as I expected.

Location of the property is wonderful. The shuttle bus to the private beach and Armond Circle was wonderful. We used it everyday. The drivers were super nice. The property is well maintained and the staff is so helpful and friendly.
