Aloft by Marriott Sarasota

The portion is small, for me was ok, but for my 15 year old son or husband was a small portion.

The hotel and staff were very nice. But, we are in our 80’s and the hotel is geared toward people in their 20’s to their 40’s. While clean, well maintained and attractive, there were no bathroom grab bars and nothing to hold onto in the shower. Also, while very stylish, there was minimal sitting furniture. If you are young and on the go, you will find this hotel very appealing. But if you are a senior citizen, as we are, it is lacking in the furniture and safety features we need. Loved the staff. The were excellent.

Ideal location and the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar very convenient. Enjoyed my stay food from the onsite restaurant was good.

Room was clean and cozy, staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious.

Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back.

A loft was fine for the price, the room was clean, only part was that the seams along the bed frame had built up dust. The rest of the room was fine. Hotel was overall fine. Bed was a little too soft - my personal preference is a firmer mattress. Staff was great - Would come back for a night or 2 if needed. Good for a short stay. Location is great! Walking distance to shops and restaurants!

Our dog was welcomed and loved. This was HUGE for us. All of the staff were so loving and attentive. They gave us recommendations on where to visit and eat. We truly felt like family. Jill at the front desk was a wonderful help when we wanted to extend our trip.
