Everything was good about the hotel. Only thing is one of the three elevator's were broken, so i found myself waiting for an elevator 20 minutes every time with my baby and a stroller.

We had a wonderful room. Clean and ready when we checked in. But there were only 2 working elevators and there was always an Incredibly long wait like up to 10 minutes. Additionally the dinner service at the restaurant was extremely understaffed. But overall we were very happy.

We enjoyed our stay in the spacious double queen suite with a bay view. The property was clean and the access to the restaurant was nice. We did not like that there were NO vending machines as a Gatorade in their lobby was $6! Definitely go to the store before arriving because the lack of drinks on site was an inconvenience in the evenings. Thankfully a Publix is close by.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast area for the buffet line was a little cramped. Omlett line needs to be separate from the other foods. The flow was not there for gathering what you need. Otherwise very nice stay and would recommend to other travelers. Beautiful view of the water and city.

Hotel location super, close to doentoen and Lido Key Beach, St Armands. The amenities were top notch, full breakfast was amazing, Happy hour too good , drinks and snacks included. The Employees at The Bridges were the best, Manny (manager), the ladies during breakfast, Regina and the staff during lunch/dinner were excellent. My go to hotel in this area.

The hotel and rooms are clean, and the staff and restaurant food are excellent. However, the front desk staff often overlook explaining the full benefits to guests during their stay. Rooms were not prepared when guests arrived, and some staff members displayed an arrogant attitude.
