We love Westin’s. However, during our stay which was supposed to include daily housekeeping, that did not occur. We stayed for 6 days and a few of those days, had to ask to have our room cleaned. This is part of what customers pay for and was disappointing to have to seek it out on our own.

We weren't offered recommendations for local attractions, informed about the complimentary shuttle, or asked if we were celebrating a special occasion-small gestures that can make guests feel genuinely welcomed. Even finding the hotel entrance was more confusing than it should have been. Throughout our stay, it felt as though the exceptional service described in so many reviews was reserved for only certain guests (Ig. Those checked-in prior to us). For the premium rate we paid, we expected a more personalized and memorable experience. We left feeling underwhelmed rather than refreshed, and while we appreciate the hotel's cleanliness and location, we will likely choose another property when we visit Sarasota again.

If you book through this app just make sure that you are aware of what the total cost will be.The app stated that all I would have to pay at the property was one price but upon arrival it was different.Other than that every trip I take will be booked through the app because it made everything so easy

location Air handler was loud in the room. Shower didn't work and the lamp shade looked like a cat scratched it up. Our room wasn't ready at 5:00 so they put us in another. It wasn't worth 600.00 a night. I will not go back. Also the TV didn't work properly.

If you want it a little more enthusiastic: “Fantastic hotel in an ideal location. We loved being close to restaurants, Lido Beach, and Siesta Key. The rooftop pool was one of the highlights of our stay, with a fun vibe and great views. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. We’d definitely stay here again.
