Clean room, quiet ane peaceful

I really disliked the sulfur snell in the bathroom and water coming out of the faucet.

Food at restaurant was wonderful.

Staff very helpful . They were always opening doors helping with luggage. When we needed beach towels or towels for our room they were very quick in response. Needed to go anywhere you always had hotel shuttle to drop you off and pick you up at no additional cost. We would definitely refer this hotel to friends or family. Great place to stay.

American Express helped to clarify and refunded money / It is not money it is principles . Management is terrible / no communication Everyone can make a mistake but nobody bothered to resolve it and call back and talk and apologize and refund it I believe somebody did not pay for a breakfast and They grabbed first available card on file and applied my signature I signed at the end when checked out to the breakfast bill / it is fraud

This is one of the most spectacular places I have stayed. The pool on the roof with bar is amazing. The hotel will drop you off and pick you from beach and other areas worth visiting. Beds fantastic couldn’t hear a sound from other rooms while sleeping. Great value for the price.

The shuttle was so continent! Nice place to stay would go again.

I prefer to use a hotel that has housekeepers who can speak English and NOT ask me of I can speak Spanish after I've posed a question they can't comprehend.

Excellent location and hotel.

The property felt very outdated and didn’t seem as clean as it should have been. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, the toilet worked on and off, and the first room I was given had a strong unpleasant smell. I also wasn’t given the room type I originally requested, so I had to go back to the lobby to have it corrected. Thankfully, they changed my room without any issues, and the second room did not have the odor. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was still a concern. The bedding had a stain and hair on it, so I had to request fresh sheets. The towels also looked worn, cheap, and dusty. Based on my experience, I’m not confident the linens are changed as thoroughly as they should be. One positive was the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions, including the beach, which was very convenient. Overall, the friendly staff was the highlight of my stay, but the condition and cleanliness of the hotel fell well below my expectations. I would personally rate this as more of a 3-star hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

Snobby people. Felt judged. Housekeeping was the best thing about this place!

Great getaway place to stay

The beds were comfortable and a nice variety of pillows. We set the thermostat at 63. Yes, very cold. At midnight, the room was stuffy and extremely HOT. This happened every night we were there. We are convinced they shut off the AC at night to save money. We were not able to adjust the AC any lower, I get it, but at night it was awful! Again, live and learn. We have always wanted to try The Westin. We tried it. We won't be back. There are other hotels, (Embassy Suites, Art Ovation,ALoft),within walking distance, that suit us better. And are NOT $50 a day to park. OUCH!

The rooms all had a funky type smell. My Daughter‘s room the deadbolt wouldn’t lock because somebody installed the receiver upside down. They did get us into a different room, but it was after I had to demand for it.

Great hotel in a walkable location. Awesome view from rooftop bar and pool. Good drinks and menu. Spacious rooms with ample outlets and comfy beds. Mini fridge and closet were useful. Gym looked great but didn't use. Wonderful service-especially when my dad needed a bandaid lol. Helpful to know that parking is valet only. Would stay here again.

So you can't park your own vehicle as valet is required and then they charge you $50 for overnight valet parking; talk about a scam. The internet connection couldn't even handle streaming a movie on Netflix. Shower had obvious signs of lack of maintenance specifically mold not he seems and build up on the shower head.

Was bitten by spider in the room, 3 times, needs better pest control

Great hotel but the $50/night parking fee and the extra amenities fee of $23/day was a big surprise at the end of the week.

Clean room and great staff!!
