The place itself was nice. I love old style boutique hotels. No complaints on the hotel itself. My only complaint is from the Expedia site. The pictures on the site leads you to believe that some of the rooms have kitchens that don’t actually have kitchens. The standard rooms don’t have kitchens.

A charming little property near downtown Sarasota. It's central to all of the attractions, shops and beaches. The owners are very attentive to your needs. They are helpful with ideas for entertainment and nearby dining.

We had dinner in the restaurant and found it to be excellent, both quality of food and service. We didn't realize we would be on the second floor and necessitate stairs, which were steep.

Only stayed one night, but room was clean and bed was VERY big and comfotable.

We absolutely love staying in this cozy boutique hotel. It’s our second time this year and we love the convenient location and how comfortable it is! We were a bit confused on how to get to the room. A couple on the deck had to help us locate it.

Cute, big room. Location: room was Above the restaurant. Stairs were not mentioned, glad I could climb them. Uncomfortable bed, toilet was very low.

Close to everything. They gave us the wrong passcode and it took almost two hours to get ahold of any staff to help get the write passcode.

Location was good. Room well equipped. Noisy AC, plugs for coffee maker on counter didn’t work. I had to use a plug in the other room.
