Clean, spacious, and quiet

No complimentary breakfast and items to puchase was expensive. Was a very nice place to stay. Pool was nice and handicap accessible if needed. Beds were a little uncomfortable but ok for an overnight stay. Bathroom was a nice size. Very clean rooms.

Security deposit is 150.00 and was not disclosed anywhere on the booking. Kind of outrageous. Staying in much nicer places isn’t this high. The box spring was broken on one of the beds when we first arrived and light fixtures in hall was hanging from ceiling. Tv also went out the last night of our stay and usually wouldn’t be a big deal but we had children with us and that caused an issue. Location is great and don’t mind the deposit so much but should be made clear at time of booking

Everything was clean!

This hotel needs some work on renovation the hallways were rusted on the walls near my room while I was walking to my room. The food menu needs to be catered to the hotel guests.

Everything was absolutely beautiful plus I was there with the woman I should’ve married and we enjoyed every moment of it that you’ll let us have…that was our very first time in life meeting each other physically with the 12yrs we’ve been off and on…i just want to thank you’ll for having us and letting us enjoy something that was supposed to been for a very long time…the hotel was everything!!!

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean.

Was a little upset to enter the room and find the AC didn't work in the bedroom, so we had to change rooms. Then the new room didn't have patio furniture. Staff were very helpful in accommodating what we needed.

The location is great! We did not receive the room we asked for. Lady said all the rooms have balcony but it did not. We also didn’t get full pool view it was partial. The fridge didn’t work the whole time. The staff did not communicate it to the next shift staff

Tv in room Shower head is gross. Mold on the headboards. Disgusting tub. Hallways are HOT. Elevator doesn’t show the floor when on it.

Halls were musty (smelly) and warm. Gym AC was broken (81°, but set to 64°). Fridge in my room was broken with a pool of water sitting inside of it. No towels in the gym, even after calling the front office. Gym was not cleaned. Lobby cafe was overpriced and so was parking. Find another place to stay.
