Disgusting because the bathtub and sink drainage were full of hair and clogged, they even tried to move me to another room as the maintenance crew was not in the property at around 8:30 but the other room was the same, clogged with human hair, the maintenance guy came late at night but he just unclogged the drainage without moving the hair, I dont recommend it

I only noticed the condition of the bathroom the following morning, as I arrived late the night before and was too tired to inspect the room. By the time I discovered the issue, I was already checking out. I have photos documenting the condition of the room and bathroom. Entire place smelled bad

The front desk clerk announced our room number (with other people (not part of my party) within ear shot. This is not a safe practice for your establishment. I asked for another room # (and to not say it out loud). The clerk seemed confused but after explaining it we did get another room.

Location is good around shopping and food. Great location to the beach as well. My sink was stopped up. And my tub water was stand still. I expressed my concerns to front desk only to be moved to the next door room and have the same issues. Air conditioning smell like mold and old water.

When we moved back to the bedroom side and we saw what appeared to be blood stains on the bed comforter. We completely stripped it off and used the additional sheets that were in the room, they appeared to be cleaner. I advised the guest/desk service agent about this and also that we could not lock the door when exiting the room. She said she would get everything checked out. The rooms are dated but we didn't expect "glam" for the price. We did expect the rooms to be clean and ready for the next renter especially when there's a team dedicated to doing just that. We did not use the amenities so we cant really speak on it but: Value 7/10 Space in Suite 10/10 (Room 243 and 245) Aesthetics 3/10 Breakfast 4/10 Cleanliness 2/10 Accessibility to Interstate for travel 10/10 Overall 4/10 Summary: Poor/Fair overnight stay. Be sure to pack some Lysol/Clorox wipes and possibly your own linen, washcloths and towels. This review was not written with an attempt to get refunded or discounted. We paid and left, we never asked for a manager and I'm not even sure if the agent suggested it.

Initial room was nasty smoke smell. Poor quality and not what we expected from this brand..... Although signs posted say it is a 'smoking-free' hotel - there is nothing 'smoking free about it..... Dissapointing..... Attendant did change our room to one that was clean and did not smell of smoke. This property needs work to bring it up to acceptable standard......

I was not satisfied about the The room that we were in is very dirty. The the sofa bed mattress is very dirty at . The tub was not clean.

The room was nothing like the photos. It had very old and dirty window treatments. There was an old dirty sock from a previous guest next to the night stand, bed that sounded like it would collapse at any moment every time you move, shower head and fixture in the bathroom were covered in rust and calcium. There was also mold on the glass of the artwork in the room. I feel like, for the most part, house keeping did a good job ensuring the room was as clean as it could be but the room was falling apart. Definitely not a room to pay over $100 for a night.

Great stay for the price Nothing, it met our needs

The staff was very helpful and nice I was expecting a pool, but wasn't one. The breakfast wasn't great.
