Location and price The bed was horrible and the AC was louder than sleeping by a highway

everything and everyone was great until breakfest time when you cant take the food to your room what if you have someone that is sick then you getting one else sick

To be honest outside of the desk clerk, there wasn’t much I liked about it even the sign looked bad, obviously dirty, and unkept. The tub had obviously been painted and had either faded or chipped, and looked very dirty, the boxspring cover was dirty, the furniture was in bad shape, some places peeling and obviously dusty, especially the TV table, and none of it matched. The lampshade next to where I was sleeping was mildew. The vent for the air conditioner a slap was missing in the inside was dusty and it smelled like mildew.

Staff was extremely friendly...quit area...not far from downtown...

Overall an interesting property. Breakfast was basic. There’s a Publix close by if staying more than a day or two.

The location, price, bed and pillows. Nothing

There is no pool. The air conditioner leaked inside the room and the floor was soaking wet. I alerted the front desk and they said they'd have someone check it. It was never checked. We had to keep towels on the floor but it was still very wet. Hotel was in need of remodeling. When people smoked outside, it came in the room through the a/c.

I liked the area. Very nice and very accommodating to stores and restaurants. Building painted beautifully outside. Breakfast was ok if you wanted to eat a little. coffee hot. lobby area clean. BUT....... They gave us a very tiny room stuck in the corner of the building. AFTER dragging all our things in and we (Friend) done one inspection. The room was OLD, LG Water Marks on Old Dresser where the TV was. The room was Musty and smelt like sewage. Old Brown Stains in OLD TUB, Bathroom So TINY..1/2 of OLD Refridg That Kept Nothing Cold...My Tiny Birthday cake literally Melted and SLID off plate. Temp all the way UP. Bed was alright I thought.. WOKE UP and I swear to God Bites all over BACK,ARMS,LEGS, and FOREHEAD! (and I'm a very light skinned person) IT Was My Birthday!! Afterwards I went to Office and told the reception person. I showed him my BACK..I ALSO ASKED IF They had issues with BB.HE STATED NO. He offered Us to Move to different room.... NO WE JUST LEFT THE WHOLE BUILDING. And I tried to call back later AFTER TRAVELING back to ATL, GOT NO RESPONSE. THIS IS THE REASON FOR THIS LETTER.... I will Follow up on this Letter.

The suite was big. 1. A bit dirty. 2. AC unit in one room seem to not blow air well. 3. Water dripped heavily in one bathroom. 4. Lightning keep flickering.

everyone was very helpful. The room didn't smell musky but there was a moist feeling in there. The carpets felt damp. I brought cereal back to the room and by the evening it was stale to almost soggy. The beds were very comfortable. Floor tiles were loose. Very limited tv channels.
