Baymont by Wyndham Savannah Midtown

The room was ok. There was hair in the bathroom. Paint was missing everywhere. Especially the ceiling. I thought the ceiling was gonna fall in. The tub was lightly cleaned. The carpet was ok. I wasn’t overly impressed. The air was good and the bed slept good. That’s about all I can say. Overall good!

Can't say I didn't like anything

I can't say there was anything I didn't like. I wish the weekly rate was a little cheaper. $500+ is a little steep to me based off nightly rates.

Room was not what we ordered. Room looked nothing like the picture and food was not able to go to Room they have no signs was plan on eat and getting ready but couldn't do that. Carpet felt nasty.

Hospitality and it was clean

This hotel is deteriorating. The bathtubs are not level causing the water to puddle and collecting rust. Same goes to the sink that is clogged. The shower curtain is not balanced causing the shower curtain to sag thus not closing. There is NO swimming pool, but is advertised. The gym has 50% of the equipment out of order. There are no amenities ( except maybe for the continental breakfast).

It was centrally located in Savannah and the beds were very comfy to sleep in. Some other people in the hotel smoked in their rooms despite it being a smoke free hotel, so the hallway smelled like smoke and weed sometimes on the enclosed 3rd floor.

It was okay glad they let us check in early from a 14 hour drive No pool at this location . Turned me off from enjoying my vacation I checked out after my week was up

The staff were friendly. The rooms however, looked NOTHING like the pictures. The tub was very nasty, but you get what you pay for.

The refrigeration vibrated and the AC rattled constantly

Enough room because we had two rooms for our stay. The lady at front desk was super nice. Broken lamp was in one of the rooms and soon as I went to get my deposit back, I was questioned about it before I got my $100 deposit back which made me think they were accusing me of breaking a lamp that was already broken when we first arrived, but I got my deposit back thankfully

What I liked about the property was the location. It was conveniently located for my needs, but unfortunately, I was unable to stay due to concerns with the cleanliness and overall condition of the property upon arrival. What I did not like about the property was the overall cleanliness and condition. The moment I stepped off the elevator, I noticed the hallway carpet was extremely stained and appeared poorly maintained. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the hallways. When I entered my assigned room, I found hair on the bed and the room appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned or inspected before my arrival. Due to these concerns, I immediately checked out because the condition of the property did not meet my expectations for a comfortable and sanitary stay.

Absolutely nothing Whole facility had a weird smell. Bathroom in the room I was given has hair and bug legs and half a bug body on the floor. Bathroom tub had a pink mold ring around drain. Half smoked blunt/marijuana on the floor(have pictures to prove)

No warm breakfast, my wife was not able to come downstairs for breakfast and they stopped me from bringing her some waffles to her to the room, for this weird rule that they don't allow breakfast to go in to the rooms, but all hotels allow people to bring food to the rooms. The staff member who greeted us upon arrival was so kind and nice. A change had to be made from one of the rooms because the air conditioning was not working. She gladly changed the room with no problem. Breakfast was okay. Bed was comfortable. Had to move rooms twice due to (1) air conditioning problem and (2) water leak and wet carpet. Vents in rooms were not clean. Refrigerator did not get cold. Breakfast was okay. Photos online did not reflect the true vision of the room. We were told we would be compensated for one night stay, but they only refunded a portion of the cost.

No pool. It’s been filled in. Also I was taking my partner a plate of breakfast food to the room for him and was told by front staff I wasn’t allowed.

Disgusting because the bathtub and sink drainage were full of hair and clogged, they even tried to move me to another room as the maintenance crew was not in the property at around 8:30 but the other room was the same, clogged with human hair, the maintenance guy came late at night but he just unclogged the drainage without moving the hair, I dont recommend it
