The staff was amazing and understanding, truly worth the stay. The room and kitchen are so nice. The only issue was that when we arrived the floor had dirt, hair, and debris everywhere. I had to borrow a vacuum and vacuum the entire floor.

The staff were excellent. But the property was old, the dishwasher and food disposal wasn’t working. The hotel is pet friendly, but the rooms don’t seem too prepared to be pet friendly. For example there are big gaps are holes between the mattress and the box frame, which I had to block used towels and blankets to make sure the pets don’t go in or get stuck.

The lobby of the hotel is a bit small. The pool was closed during our stay.

When checking in the staff was very dismissive. I paid and reserved for a king room but was given a queen. The entire first floor of the hotel smelled like mildew, when walking toward room 103 you could see a room they constantly had open full of storage. But the room exuded the mildew smell so strongly that you could smell it through the hallways and see while mold growing on the carpet in its doorway. I genuinely wish I had taken a picture to show other because we will never be coming back to this location. I've never had issues with a Marriot hotel and I never leave bad reviews but this place needs some heavy work and inspection.......

Only issue we had was the pool was closed during our stay and our bedroom door didn't open very well. We had to fully push the door open bc it was kind stuck. When we closed the door we had to triple check each time bc it seemed like it was open. N next time we have to ask for a room with a bigger shower. It seems kinda small.

Location I had issues with the room upon check-in. Staff that helped me was wonderful but it was frustrating start. Also the pull out bed mattress was gross and so thin my girls had to sleep on the couch cushions

Nice appearance. Ease in parking. Nice pool. Grateful for the luggage carts. With easy access. Difficulty in accessing ice. Poor breakfast
-
Love My stay enjoy every moment. I will be back. I’m telling you this place is the Real Deal.

Television in both rooms didn't work well. In fact, last year, I had to switch room due to the same issue. Such an inconvenience. Sofa are very low to the floor, and cushions are wore. Im over 55yrs. That wasn't comfortable sitting or getting up and down The staff was so professional the whole time.

The pool was extremely dirty. Very cloudy. Trash floating in the pool. You walk in and eyes begin to water and burn from the amount of chlorine. While they try to keep maintenance up. It’s an older building.

I really like the room layout and location.

The property is located in a good location-20-25 from the beach, outlets and downtown activities. Indoor pool was nice. Loved out room set up as we stayed in a private suite for six. The carpet had an odor- needs a good deep cleaning. The lights flickered in one of our bathrooms and we were locked out of our hotel room as the locks malfunctioned. My oldest daughter was able to get us in after we called maintenance. The breakfast was limited.

Everything was great ?

I liked the room. I was grateful for the kitchenette that was included. I really appreciated them switching my room when the door did not stay locked. 1. A guide for the television that includes the streaming options. 2. While the bathtub included a grab bar, the grab bar is in the wrong place. The bar should be placed on the side where the guest enters the tub.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The location was good. We booked 2 rooms for my sisters and my family. Everything in this hotel was worn and poorly maintained, and the cleanliness was far below the standards I would expect from a Residence Inn. The situation worsened when my husband attempted to open the shower door. It suddenly came off its track and shattered throughout the bathroom. The second door pinned him against the wall, leaving him with a black eye. He was trapped in the small bathroom, surrounded by broken glass. My son and I dressed his wounds and picked shards of glass out of his feet. To make matters worse, only one employee was on duty. That individual tried to be helpful, but the general manager never came to the hotel, never checked on our family, and has never contacted us to follow up. My husband has written to both the manager and Residence Inn and has received no response.

Nothing The glass shower door shattered on me and the other section fell against the toilet/shower room door trapping me in. My feet were lightly lacerated and I have other hopefully minor cuts and bruises. The staff responding, one guy, was nice but clueless. After awhile an assistant manager came, he said he was sorry and they would make it good, then he disappeared to contact the manager. After 45 minutes we got the first guy to take an incident report so booking.com can give us a refund. As of now, several hours later and now at our destination no word from anyone. I won’t be doing much walking for a few days. This place is very dangerous and poorly staffed and managed. So much for the Marriott name Stay away and be safe.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which is perfect for families. The bedrooms are on the opposite side of the living room. Each room had its own bathroom, which was nice for privacy. Overall, a good size room with plenty of space to stretch out and relax.

Hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the bed comfortable. Would stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back the next time we travel to Savannah. The staff was friendly and when we needed extra clean linen, the staff got it right away. Also, the breakfast area was nice and clean and there were good food options to choose from and not just your ordinary waffles, instant grits etc.

Pool and patio are smaller than they look in the pictures. There was only one working treadmill in gym and it was small as well. The elevator was old and rickety. The door to our room had to be forced closed 204. There was a light that wasn't working well in the bathroom that took 3 requests to fix.
