Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Midtown

Very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The flush in the toilet didn’t work well, so I reached out to the manager. And she was very efficient, sent the plumber right a way and he fixed the problem in no time. We liked everything.

We came for a weekend stay and it was a very nice hotel and the pricing wasn't bad for it being a last minute booking during a holiday weekend. The only complaint I have is that we did a weekend stay so we didn't get to have housekeeping come around and swap out towels and rags, get more trash bags, etc and ended up having to buy extra because they only gave us enough for 3 people and we are a family of four. I enjoyed my stay overall.

Overall a decent stay the breakfast buffet is no longer every day which sucks. I did order breakfast from the kitchen and was even more let down. The omelette I ordered looked terrible and the onions inside where so under cooked I didn't want to eat anymore. The room was clean and all the staff was helpful. The bar was missing a lot from the menu. I enjoy the stay just didn't enjoy the kitchen or bar

The room and facility is very clean, but there was a very heavy scent of ammonia when we opened our room door. The bathroom does not have a ventilating fan. Our main complaint is the lack of water pressure. For 2 days there was very little. So little that my wife would not begin to wash her hair as it would take as long to rinse it out as it would to take a bath.
