My experience was very good. It was quiet and I felt safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was an odd experience. We were to have 2 nights . The confirmation came back 1 night. Only available I paid insurance but could not cancel the room because I would have lost my money . I had to do a second night through Hampton Inn separately. After we got there the person at the desk helped us get a second night in the same room . My daughter and I were there for a funeral . No time to change rooms as it was at 10 in the morning

The bed was comfortable The staff seemed like they hated their jobs, everyone we encountered at the front desk had a terrible attitude like they did not want to be there. The laundry lady was phenomenal and kind though.

Clean and matress was very comfortable Made reservation for downtown and they put my location here instead of in the historic District. Refused to correct it.

We had our family reunion in Savannha , and the family stayed here. All of the rooms were clean, smelling good and hotel staff, of every department was very pleasant and respectful. helping any way they could. I recommend this hotel to all my friends and family, to stay here.

From the time I enter til the time I departed. I felt safe, the room was clean,the stuff was friendy I didnt like the pillows (soft) But when I book again, and I will YOU GUYS ALL THE WAY.
