MainStay Suites Savannah Midtown

Its a nice room for a day stay other then that i wont stay again the bathroom door does not shut the ceiling in the shower has a hole in it floor is nasty bed was okay

The outside needed to have the lawn mowed, but other than that, everything else went well

Friendly check in and breakfast staff. Clean and comfortable. Had an empty roll of toilet paper upon check in with no other rolls in the room. Went to front desk to ask for some in the morning(around7:30am)and was told they had just given out their last roll. She went to check in the back but could not access housekeeping’s closet? Said the manager would be in at 8:30 and would note that I needed toilet to be brought to my room. Gave me a box of tissues to use in the meantime. After waiting for hours, at 10:30am I went looking for any housekeeping employee to get toilet paper. Found someone cleaning a room and she gave me a roll off of her cart. I get it sometimes stuff happens. But it was one thing after another with this toilet paper issue. And I do not feel it was handled appropriately or professionally.

I had to ask them to switch my room immediately. When I first entered there were nats flying around the room, the pillows had stains on them, and the tub was constantly leaking and wouldn’t stop.

The room was not cleaned and was not what I booked online. Was not happy.

BEDS WERE A LITTLE HARD BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS NICE

The pool was closed for renovations, but you can see there is no work been done, water has been dirty for long time. It was supposed to he a smoke free environment and in the hallway was a smell of Marijuana you couldn't stand it. Smoke alarm in room was missing cap and you can see the cables. You can tell for the whole 3 nights we stayed, they did not sweep or blow the sidewalk on the back entrance. Back entrance door sign reads, " for your safety this door is to remain locked at all times use your room card to open" but said door was unlocked at all times. I do jot recommend you stay at this hotel.

The bed had a dip in the middle, the floor was dirty and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom. If you want a good night sleep, go somewhere else.

Unsafe and room not clean!!!

Cockroach infestation, filthy floors, and trash in the hallways. Rooms are loud and people are constantly screaming at all hours. The rooms themselves were ok If you ignore the sticky floors.

The place was gross! Floor was slippery, like it had never been mopped. There was a cockroach in my room. The shower was filthy.

It was definitely a decent hotel, it was close to everything & staff was super nice. Breakfast was good & I enjoyed the pool. Only thing was my bathroom didn't have a shower curtain but I used my friend room so it worked. All and all id book again for sure.
