MainStay Suites Savannah Midtown

Having a kitchenette was super helpful. The hotel smelled, our door didn’t lock, and people just left towels in the middle of halls. Breakfast was ok. The staff that checked us in was super nice and helpful.

Room wasn't what it said it was.

They let you prepare your own breakfast and pick your own items the food was presented very well the staff was great by continuing the the breakfast bar to be open later for all residents could have something to eat The safety the doors was broke anybody could walk in at any given time day or night the dogs used the bathroom on the carpet in the hallways where we were walking it was a lot of things that people were doing late at night in the parking lot and I didn't feel safe walking out to my car and going back in because like I said the doors were not locked they were broke and anybody could walk in

That they didn’t clean my room, ice machine was broken. Door was open all night that required a key to get in building. Short staff

All the outside security doors were broken/unoperational, and just left unlocked, there was dog excrement in the hallway, trash and trash bags outside rooms, my room was supposed to be handicap accessible and on the first floor, i was given a room on the 2nd floor that was not handicap accessible, the room had a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, stovetop, and dishwasher, but there were 0 pots, pans, utensils, 1 plate, 1 bowl, and 1 coffee mug. Needless to say id never go back. Was not worth the price. Very poorly run and maintained.

Its a nice room for a day stay other then that i wont stay again the bathroom door does not shut the ceiling in the shower has a hole in it floor is nasty bed was okay

The outside needed to have the lawn mowed, but other than that, everything else went well

I made a payment the day before arrive at the hotel door two Rooms and at the checking I had to pay for one room again and I still waiting for an answer that was the last june 13 now is July 1st

Friendly check in and breakfast staff. Clean and comfortable. Had an empty roll of toilet paper upon check in with no other rolls in the room. Went to front desk to ask for some in the morning(around7:30am)and was told they had just given out their last roll. She went to check in the back but could not access housekeeping’s closet? Said the manager would be in at 8:30 and would note that I needed toilet to be brought to my room. Gave me a box of tissues to use in the meantime. After waiting for hours, at 10:30am I went looking for any housekeeping employee to get toilet paper. Found someone cleaning a room and she gave me a roll off of her cart. I get it sometimes stuff happens. But it was one thing after another with this toilet paper issue. And I do not feel it was handled appropriately or professionally.
