Dirty room - floors, bathroom, and one can smell it’s not clean.. looks like family members are ‘cleaning staff’ and they are definitely not trained for the job! The kitchenette has ZERO cutlery, crockery/kettle, or anything to even boil water to have a simple cup of coffee. I did not even sleep in the bed, judging from everything else, I didn’t want to even chance it… I had my own throw with me,so I covered the couch with that and rather slept there, and used the bath towels to cover myself! (nor did I want to eat in the dining room/free breakfast) as I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. The pictures online must be from the day the place opened, because this place is nothing like the pictures or description…. I tried two rooms, each one just as bad! Aircon was a joke, room was hot as hell unless you stood right in front of aircon, and no ceiling fans. What’s there to like???

There wasn't a working telephone in my room. There wasn't an ironing board or iron to press my clothes. I was there for four days & my room was never refreshed. There was no hot water coming from the sink. I had to utilize the tub for hot water.

It was easy to locate but dirty and staff was not friendly Very dirty

Staff was not helpful and towels and bath mats were not sufficient.

The price was excellent and the pool was the cleanest pool ever. They also had free breakfast which you don't get in a lot of places. The little pillows

There was no coffee maker blow dryer was tore up no no clock radio set an alarm no phone to call the front desk no safe in room to lock valuables no drawers in room to put clothes in no hangers to hang clothes on sheets for dirty when we got there took a couple hours to get them to change them. We finally changed rooms but none of those amenities were there either although I did get a working blow dryer after three tries. The room and the hotel was a lot shavier than I thought it would be. The people were okay they just didn't understand what we wanted when we were asking for things so I was very unimpressed considering the price we had to pay

Property was ok, pool was clean, room was descent. Furniture is not as updated as pictures look, sheets need to be replaced from stains and etc. Bathrooms were updated so that was a plus. Thank goodness I saw no bugs, quiet area but nothing is in the area only thing close is a gas station and waffle house, beach Pavillion is 32min away. Nice front desk staff.

Very clean and people were very nice and welcoming

The only reason my initial score is a 3 star is due to the room cleanliness, it smelled as if a smoker had lived in there for 20yrs, and they have a "strict" no smoking policy. Also the pool closing before midnight, I'd understand if it wasn't well lit, or near rooms that could be disturbed, but it is out front of the lobby. Just a couple adjustments to be worked out, and it could gain a higher rating.
