Staff was not helpful and towels and bath mats were not sufficient.

The price was excellent and the pool was the cleanest pool ever. They also had free breakfast which you don't get in a lot of places. The little pillows

There was no coffee maker blow dryer was tore up no no clock radio set an alarm no phone to call the front desk no safe in room to lock valuables no drawers in room to put clothes in no hangers to hang clothes on sheets for dirty when we got there took a couple hours to get them to change them. We finally changed rooms but none of those amenities were there either although I did get a working blow dryer after three tries. The room and the hotel was a lot shavier than I thought it would be. The people were okay they just didn't understand what we wanted when we were asking for things so I was very unimpressed considering the price we had to pay

Property was ok, pool was clean, room was descent. Furniture is not as updated as pictures look, sheets need to be replaced from stains and etc. Bathrooms were updated so that was a plus. Thank goodness I saw no bugs, quiet area but nothing is in the area only thing close is a gas station and waffle house, beach Pavillion is 32min away. Nice front desk staff.

Very clean and people were very nice and welcoming

The only reason my initial score is a 3 star is due to the room cleanliness, it smelled as if a smoker had lived in there for 20yrs, and they have a "strict" no smoking policy. Also the pool closing before midnight, I'd understand if it wasn't well lit, or near rooms that could be disturbed, but it is out front of the lobby. Just a couple adjustments to be worked out, and it could gain a higher rating.

The staff was friendly and helpful. But the room was not clean. the sheets looked and smelled clean however the blankets were not clean at all the staff got us clean top covers quickly. The floors were not mopped or mopped with dirty water. The bathroom looked clean but the whole room and bathroom had a bad smell. I clean condos so luckily I had supplies and cleaned the room myself. Room was dirty.

Almost nothing except parking space I haven’t seen a single hotel or motel without exhaust fan in bath. As a result we had to smell our own shit all day. This hotel is so crappy that AC was not turned on before the guest checked in we had to stay in hot for several hours on a sunny humid day.

That it was only 40 minutes from the beach and next door was a restaurant. The pool was open until 10 and clean not a lot of noise at night. They only service rooms 3 or 4 days even after i asked for my rooms plural 3 to be exact to be serviced. Need more towels and told the person at the desk day 2 no towels so I had to go and ask again and again.

The photos are very deceiving. The floor in our room was so disgusting that your feet would be charcoal black in a matter of seconds from walking barefoot in the room. When we brought this to the staffs attention they tried to blame it on us when we hadn’t even been in the room for 12 hours. We asked to have the floor mopped and they said they would send someone but no one ever showed up to mop. We ended up buying a mop and mopping it ourselves because it was so bad and even the mop turned black. There is no way the floors are being cleaned between guests. The rest of the room and facility was not much better either. The only accommodation offered was a discount at our next stay. We absolutely will not be staying here again.

Check out early so we didn't eat there maybe next we have time to stay longer. The soap in the room could've use a little extra and the password didn't work for us.

The sheets, bathroom, towels , were clean but floors were dirty ,chair was torn and disgusting looking, breakfast was very minimum, didnt care for the looks of the pool,location was ok

Although it said free breakfast no breakfast was provided due to construction. Bathroom unclean

The room was incredibly dirty. The breakfast was terrible and barely any options. We received two towels upon arrival although we were booked for four. We tried to get extra towels and was told to return the other two first in order to get two additional more. The property is disgusting the room wasn’t clean. The floors aré disgusting. I cannot wait to get home and take a proper shower. The microwave was broken and also didn’t work in the room. The shower curtain was barely hanging on. The fridge stunk and still had someone else’s stuff in it. The room and bathroom had hair and dust everywhere. The remote in the room was broken. The chair was busting out of the seams and was ripped. This was probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

I'm disappointed that Wyndham would have a property in such poor condition in their portfolio, the furniture is old marked up the bath tubs are dirty and stained we tried 3 rooms and the last was kind of ok the little fridge was dirty inside the floors had not been mopped this is old the pictures are not a good representation of the condition. Needless to say we will not be staying here ever again. The location is good close to places you want to go.
