Very Rude Staff, parking lot very dirty Room smell like smoke
-
Breakfast was basic but fine, staff struggled a little to keep up with demand for scrambled eggs etc as the dining room was very busy, pleasant stay

This hotel is very well maintained. The staff provides excellent service and are extremely friendly and caring. Breakfast was very hot and delicious. The General Manager is very helpful and the front desk staff are top notch. We already booked our stay for October and will stay here anytime we go to Savannah.

Night desk agent was very rude as I arrived at 5am and simply asked if I could store my bags. He got angry and actually slammed the night window closed and left. He stated the hotel was full as there was another potential guest asking about rooms. Instead of letting me store my bags and then walk around Savannah. (I arrived on the Amtrak, and took an Uber to drop my bags at 5am. ) I have pre purchased hotels in 10 other states and this was the first time I was not able to drop my bags and explore the city until a room is ready for me. Arriving at 4:55am, I was not expecting a room, but the night desk clerk was extremely rude, the lobby was clearly bolted shut with all lobby lights off, but when I explained storing my bags was common to every prior hotel I had stayed at due to the variable schedule of Amtrak trains. He called me a "Nobody" go away and come back at 11am. He slammed the little window closed and left. As I did, and the other possible guest who had driven up to check for rooms. I walked about 2 miles with my bags and found a Chum's store that let me buy some coffee and sit at a table for about 5 hours while I waited to check in at 11am.

The rooms smell terrible,I booked two nights but the minute I walked in room I knew I was not staying even one night.

Mannn this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in midtown, will definitely be coming back!

I was yelled at for having too much food on my plate while getting food for my family. In my younger days, I've been to crack houses that were cleaner and more presentable than this place. I would highly urge not to book a room at this hote, as not even the management nor the front desk were helpful or any bit of courteous. This was the absolute worst experience of my entire life Also room smelled like throw up the entire two days we stayed, absolutely disgusting

The pictures on Hotels.com of this hotel were very good, the actual hotel was not. The room smelled musty and moldy, there were stains on the chair cushion, mold stains on the drapes and some red substance that was either ketchup or blood. The bathroom looked dirty and I did not want to even sit on the beds. They staff was apologetic and helpful and walked us to 2 different rooms that looked virtually the same and then they gave us our money back and we left and headed 15 minutes up the road and found a different place to stay. Not a good experience overall when you’re on a road trip with friends and have been driving all day, finally stop and want to simply crash.

Breakfast good, decent rooms, felt safe
-
Very affordably priced. Pretty decent, given the price point. Could definitely use updating and a deep clean almost everywhere and the breakfast was pretty rough and left a lot to be desired. But an affordable place to stay and I felt safe.

Upon arrival, I was given the wrong room. I asked for non-smoking and they put me in a smoking room. They finally changed my room but it was similar to the first. Also, the area where my room was, still had a lot of smoking and you could smell it through the door and it lingered! The second night of my stay someone randomly knocked on my door at 7am and I notified the front desk and they did nothing! The whole stay was not that peaceful due to the constant smell of smoke, in a supposedly non-smoking area and knocks! I was promised a $25 credit from Expedia and still have not received it! The booking and stay was terrible and I will never use Expedia or go to this hotel in the future! Very unprofessional!!!

It was loud.

Nice place to stay, Clean.
-
Pros: dirt cheap, parking, on bus line to downtown Overall, would not stay here again
-
Room was musty and everything was damp. Carpet made your socks feel gross. Saw a couple roaches. Linens were clean. I put a Do not Disturb sign up for my stayover because I didn't want service. They came in anyway and made the bed. Wonder if my stuff wasn't rifled through. This place was cheap but probably still not a good value.

first room smelled like cigarettes, went and got a new room and it was good. The staff were very helpful with switching rooms. The room was clean and well organized. First thing I noticed was the toilet paper holder was able to come out of the wall. Part of the toilet was rusted at the seat connections. The shower was a good temperature, and the bed was soft. Wish they had bigger pillows, and not couch sized decoration ones.

Staff was helpful, but not friendly. Room smelled dank, wet, like previous guests had smoked in the room. Air conditioner worked, but loud. Next morning, discovered 2 cockroaches in the shower! Breakfast was decent, but two of four juices not available.

Had a perfect stay, great value for the money

The room was clean but that was it. we were supposed to be in non-smoking but everyone around us was smoking. The hallways needed cleaning and there were cigarette buts around some of the rooms. Parking was close. Location was about 15 minutes from downtown. Breakfast was nothing to write home about.
