Motel 6 Savannah, GA - Midtown

Don’t get me wrong I understand it’s a Motel 6 but don’t false advertise, there was drawing and stickers on the dresser and headboard. We only had very minimal space to put our things any where and the floor was not going to be one of them. No fridge or microwave. I wish they could be better for themselves

The walls were covered in scuffs, stains, paint marks, visible patches, and cracks. The door frame and hinges were dirty and rusty, making the room feel unclean from the moment I entered. Overall, the room looked worn down and not properly cared for, which was far different from what was advertised. I documented the condition of the room with photos and videos immediately upon arrival as proof. I requested a refund because the room was not in acceptable condition, but my concerns were not adequately addressed. If this matter is not resolved, I intend to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate consumer protection agencies. I will also consider pursuing any legal remedies available. I would have much preferred for Motel 6 to resolve this issue directly, but customers deserve clean, safe, and well-maintained accommodations, especially when they have already paid for their stay. I cannot recommend staying at this location based on my experience.

The manager Lindsay Davis was very helpful when I had problems with my key. I highly recommend

The room is clean—bad neighborhood. Very Loud music played all evening; I cannot get any rest. The police were called several times.

The stairs also were easy to trip on as the metal pieces on the edges of them were peeling up... Never coming back here

The room?.....I got what I paid for. I stayed here a few years ago, and I dont remember it being in the condition it is now. The front lobby is definitely paid attention to more than the rooms. Room walls are filthy...holes everywhere. Mattresses are terrible. The shower curtain rod is about to fall off the wall. You have to play with the bathroom door handle to get it to close. The toilet runs if you don’t jiggle the handle. Walk around barefoot in your room, and your feet will look like you've walked around Wal Mart with bare feet. You could smell others using recreational drugs through the walls. Again...I got what I paid for. I am in Savannah at least 4 or 5 times a year. I will not be staying here again.

Ok motel. You get what you pay for. Never got my room cleaned in a 6 day stay.

We got our room TV,didn't work,no microwave or refrigerator? We had to leave and find another Hotel.

Parking was good, but security questionable, people live in this hotel, bare provisions no hair dryer, no clock, no kleenex, floor was dirty, 2 towels only, 1 tp roll, must pay $1 for more, no breakfast, location was good, shower hot, killed roaches in the room, car alarms go off first night, small fire in trash can in parking lot requiring fire dept and police the next night, dont recommend this place

The bed could be better and they need fix some stuff in the room

I was assigned, first, to a room that wasn't check by the staff, because their was stuff that wasn't mine in the closet and drawer. Also, the floor wasn't clean. I has to kill 3 cockroaches. After I complained about it. They gave me another room, clean this time. But I wasn't really sure of anything anymore. Gratefully, their wasn't any issue in the new room. The staff was considerate.

Most stark room we have ever stayed in. No phone, microwave and few towels. Room looked clean but smelled of pot smoke. No ice machine. Do not recommend staying here.

Staff was great Our room was dirty had mold in the bath room floors have not been cleaned. There was either blood or ketchup dried on the wall by the sink

Absolutely horrible in every respect!! Don’t do it!! No matter what!! Run!! Could not even sleep in the filth that was coating the beds.. ruined trip…

Nothing I didnt like the fact there were dead roaches in the drawers. Live roaches running around, TV didnt work, no mini fridge or microwave, bed was awfuly hard, pillows were so flat.

The property is clean on the outside and the staff is nice but the room was smelly and dirty. I didn't stay because it was so bad.
