I was told that I had to pay a $75.00 Fee Before I Could Stay At Your Own ESTABLISHMENT & was Never Refunded For The Booking of my stay... A Total Rip Off and I was properly given The Management or Supervisors Info; but a number to somewhere else. I booked for two nights; Christopher Del Perry; I'm Disappointed ? Disabled and Deeply Angered That I Couldn't Be Refunded For My Bookings; When I Never STAYED At The HOTEL This Week!!! When Those of Us Who Are Disabled and Having Issues With Our Eyes; NEVER Tell Me That I Must PAY A Fee; When I looked and to my own knowledge of formerly working as a Night Auditor for Nearly 15 years before Returning... We were Always trained that the customers always Right; Even though MOST of them aren't.

The price was okay. Lady at the front desk was friendly. The bed was actually comfortable or I was very tired! The location was a little sketchy. The lobby, hallway, and especially the staircase felt dated (boarder needed dusting, carpet shampooing or replacement). We had to use stairs to get to our room, which was not mentioned at all on the booking site. They said there was one elevator all the way at the back of the property, nowhere near our room, the front door, or the parking lot. The bathroom in the room was okay but could use renovations, maybe a modern tub/shower. The room was clean enough but didn't feel cozy, no carpet.

Helpful staff and clean breakfast was good. But only had one elevator was not on hotel side. My mom has to use a scooter for getting around sometimes room was other side of hotel. Pool closed early cause of lightning problems. Beds was nice and room was clean.

My stay was okay here. The rooms were fairly clean but the hallways have a strong weed smell. Parking was okay as well. My bed wasn’t very comfortable but for the price, it did what I needed it to. I would stay here again but I wouldn’t stay past 2 nights.

Everything was great!

Staff was very accommodating. Price and location were both convenient. My only complaints are that the floor remained damp and slippery due to what I believe may have been poor ventilation, the tub was stained due to poor cleaning, and the additional door lock served no purpose.

The hotel is always very clean and fresh. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They do everything they can to help you have a wonderful experience. The General Manager is top notch she helped us with a very bad experience at another hotel and welcomed us with open arms. We have stayed here before and going forward will be our permanent place to stay in Savannah. Hospitality at its best. Also the breakfast on the weekends is hot and very delicious. Thanks for always making out stay a pleasant one. We have already booked our October stay with help of the General manager. See you soon!! Nothing

The continental breakfast was kinda on the poor side

Amazing view. Great staff very helpful. Nice place I recommend this.

The air in one room was not working well

Nothing Terrible location, we had some man come up to us in the middle of the night when we arrived trying to help with our luggage for money who you could clearly tell was up to no good. The hotel smelled like smoke upstairs and there were stains on the mattress.

The matress are duty

The room floor was dirty, the balcony look like it hasn't been swept & clean for weeks, the carpet stained, the room was just raggedy.

Staff was awesome, Price was great! Location was close to anything and everything you needed as far as shopping! Rooms very spacious and clean ! Great selection during breakfast hour ! Pillows could use some upgrade!

The room had a smell that did not go away. It smelled like someone smoked in the room in the past. and I am allergic to smoke
