Didn't appear to be safe

The room was clean, the as worked great. Really nice place for the price.
-
Friendly people and great deal for the money, 15 minutes from historic District
-
Decent breakfast. Motel style room access, not hotel style interior entry

The check-in was smooth and the staff was very helpful in accommodating our request to have our rooms next to each other.

Only complaint I have is the beds are not comfortable. I slept on springs with barely any padding.

Loved this location, good restaurants around, Hotel was in a safe neighborhood with good lighting. Can't beat the price, I've paid twice as much for places that were not quite as nice....it will become a preferred location for me for my travels through Savannah....Rooms were clean and quiet with good a/c.

This hotel apparently shuts off the a/c in the rooms when they’re unoccupied. I understand why, but in the summer in Georgia? It’s just a bad idea. When we checked in to our room around 10pm it was 82° F and very humid inside the room. This can easily lead to mold and mildew growth. My advice is to leave the a/c on set to 76-78° when not occupied to avoid this.

There was a little problem with the sheet on my bed but the front desk night manager came right away with clean linens and it was 3am! He and all the staff were great as was the pool!!

The room was very clean as was the whole property. Breakfast was good and dining area was kept clean. We have been looking for a motel in this area that was moderately priced and clean. This motel exceeded our expectations. It will be our go to motel for this area. The motel would also sell the wonderful pillows. Absolutely no negatives. Bill and Carole

We stayed at a Best Western in a small town the day before, and the difference was noticeable. There was a little less of everything: no towels at the pool, and the pool itself was smaller and not as clean. The breakfast would constantly run out of food, taking 20 minutes to be replenished. Despite all of this, the cost was twice as expensive.

This was a good value. The breakfast was hot scrambled eggs and sausage or your choice of cereal, breads, or waffles. The buildings are old, but they have made good efforts at maintenance. It is reasonably clean but is clearly old. It is not a Hilton, but neither is the price. The AC was not too loud. It is located directly under the flight path for Hunter Airfield. That can be good and bad. Good in it can be like a personal airshow, bad in that military aircraft can be loud, There did not seem to be any flights at night, though.

The staff even the manager was not at all customer friendly no customer care breakfast and the service was not at all good I will never go back there

Tanya was working the front desk when we checked in. She was very friendly and helpful. When booking the room, I failed to realize there was no elevator, however, Tanya got us moved to a 1st floor room. Breakfast was your typical motel breakfast. The pool was clean. The parking lot could use a little more drainage for the AC units. The room was spacious and clean. The first morning, the housekeeper didn’t see the DND sign and knocked. But it was ok, we were awake and were able to go ahead and get extra towels. Overall, I would stay there again.

Clean, nice, safe area, very good breakfast and great coffee.

Great job with room, cleanliness, and staff.

We stayed here 3 nights; we added the third night after the fact and they were able to accommodate us to stay in the same room. The staff was very nice. The grounds were very well kept. The parking was very convenient; outdoor parking close to the rooms. The location was good; about a 20 minute, straight shot drive to Downtown. The breakfast was perfect every morning; hot and cold options (but no almond milk). Lots of seating for breakfast too. We booked a room with 2 double beds and it was very spacious and comfortable. We liked how the sink was separate from the toilet area. The toilet and shower area was very small, but the shower had great water pressure and temperature. There was no fan in the bathroom. Bring a camp chair to sit outside on the balcony! I saw a lot of people sitting in the hotel office chairs, but I was glad I had my camp chair. The WiFi was good too. This hotel was a nice option and a good value for the area in my opinion, as the hotels can get expensive in Savannah. There’s a gas station with food options within walking distance ( but after 8:00 pm options were slim). Lots of restaurants close to drive to too. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay again!
