the pictures were misleading for the property, the pool was smaller than our room was, we did not stay here because of all these issues, also we were told we were going to receive a full refund and we did not the room smelled bad and it was an over-all very disappointing experience. and to not get refunded the full amount after only being in the room for 5 minutes really sucked

this hotel was recently renovated and very clean rooms and plenty of well lit parking and close to airport of SCAD.

The bathroom has no exhaust fan, so unpleasant odors stay in the room. The sink is located outside the bathroom, which is inconvenient. The lighting is also very poor throughout the room except in the bathroom area. The room, carpet, and bed linens did not look properly cleaned. There was visible rust and dirt around the corners of the door and walls, and the area outside the room entrance was not well maintained. The blackout curtains block all natural light, and when opened, there is no privacy because people outside can easily see into the room. During our stay, we repeatedly noticed that the doors to the rooms next to ours were left wide open for hours. It made us wonder how easily insects, dust, or other pests could get inside. Because the bathroom has no exhaust fan, it stayed damp, and we noticed what appeared to be mold developing within the three days we were there. We also had a plumbing issue when the bathroom became clogged. Instead of handling the problem themselves, the staff handed us the plumbing tool and expected us to fix it. Afterward, they left the dirty, unsanitary tool inside our bathroom, which was very unprofessional and unhygienic. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast, which was better than at many other inns, and the breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming.

The AC in our room was broken or super low quality. We stayed for 4 nights and set the AC to 68 to cool down the room faster (since it was at 80) and it never went below 72 the whole stay. It took 5 days to cool the room down 8 degrees. When I called guest services to ask about our AC unit on the first day, the staff was dismissive and told me that it’ll needed time to cool down (despite it being on for 4 hours and only went down to 78 at this point). The coffee machine was dirty and the water pressure is super low showers took longer. The other staff like cooks and cleaners were pleasant. Also, there is a military base nearby so helicopters were heard throughout the nights so not convenient for light sleepers.

Clean and good location for travelers visiting the airfield. The beds in our room were very hard.

Pool was disgusting and that was a massive bummer

I have stayed here before so naturally when a Savannah trip came up, this was the place. No, it is not right downtown, which is ok cause it's crowded down there. You will find the friendliest staff anywhere. The rooms are comfortable, the pool is a nice addition, and the breakfast is great, especially JANE, who takes care of it every morning. Convenient to all your needs.

My only disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance. I specifically chose this hotel on the most recent trip because I was looking forward to using the pool, so it was unfortunate that it wasn’t available during my stay. Aside from that, I had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again and recommend from others.

I didnt like anything,

Very friendly front desk . Easy parking and access to local stores the Highway and restaurants . Breakfast was well supplied and fine with hot items and quick choices . If I had one complaint it’s that they don’t have the AC on in room before you check in which is absolutey rediculous .. they do explain to you that it isn’t on and to turn it on when entering room but no one wants to walk into an 80 degree hotel room after being outside in 100 degrees it should at least be turned turned on to a comfortable level .. it took a good hour hour an half to cool down an 80 degree room

The room had a mold smell due to the AC not being on, before we arrived, also it was making a very loud noise, and we were not able to fall sleep. The stuff was very helpful and kind when I asked to cancel my reservation because they could not fix the problem.

Room - Great Breakfast - Great Pool - NASTY, green water. waited 5 days before finally closing. Average temperatures of 98 degrees make the need for a pool needed Management - Been a week and still haven't received my deposit back

Nice hotel with easy access to major routes. Can get busy at breakfast in small room so plan accordingly

Staff was great. Very kind and helpful. Pool did not look clean to me. Saw staff skimming and caring for the pool but looked very green to me. I could be wrong but that was my opinion. Breakfast was nice and room was very clean. I would stay again. Well worth the money.

The carpets were so dirty, glass sliding door broke no lock, old and needs toe. Down and rebuilt, the pictures were not what it we expected, we are only staying one night and need a refund for three nights
-
CONS: the A/C was turned off when we arrived in the middle of July so it took a long time to get a comfortable temperature inside. the pool was green and not cleaned for our whole stay so unable to swim. while no fault of their own you’re neighbored by a gun range and an air field so some of the noise pollution was very loud at times. Overall I recommend this place and would definitely book again.
