Pretty bad Cockroaches.Had to go to Kroger and buy roach baits. It helped. Stained & Soiled bedspread

Was much cleaner than relax inn Needs a little maintenance but not bad for a work trip at all

Old hotel, needs some updating, paint, new furniture. My bedspread was stained. Pretty bad cockroaches

ROACHES !!!

The room was not clean, bed bugs and insect were phycailly moving around. The lighting was not proper, different light switches were not working. The location and room size is fine.

the best part of my stay was another guest telling me not to check in due to the incredible volume of roaches. Booking.com should have vetted this place out. this place is a shit hole. They also tried to scam $50 cash out of me for a 'security deposit'

The price Mold mildew

The room looked terrible and to top it off there was a roach on the wall. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would not have stayed the night. I literally went to Walmart to buy supplies to clean the room before I could sleep there.

They made you pay a 50 CASH ONLY security fee but yet as I walked to my room there were underwear in the parking lot, my room had roaches, there was hair in the bed and the bed had cigarette burns. Guests should get paid a security fee for staying there.

I DID NOT STAY-- I WALKED IN THE ROOM AND GOT SICK-- VERY BAD--BURNS ALL OVER THE NASTY BLANKET ON BED, AND CLEARLY IT WAS HEAVILY SMOKED IN- SUPPOSED TO BE NON SMOKING ROOM-- DISGUSTING AND I WALKED BACK TO OFFICE AND CANCELED IMMEDIATELY AND LEFT AND A BEST WESTERN LESS THAN A MILE AWAY WAS WHERE I STAYED THROUGH TJE WEEK-- None of it was likeable nor bearable

It right by everything so it good to be careful and safe there. I had one bad room and I had to change out my room do to bug.

Location Asked for a $50 CASH deposit, then office was closed early morning when I left (I have informed them I was leaving early) and I had to call the emergency number and wait for a very sleepy employee to return my refund

Very dirty - no blanket - terrible WiFi

Room had roaches, bathroom and room was dirty, sheets and cigarette burn holes. And some of the light fixtures did not work.

Convenient enough I suppose Room did not look at all like the pics online. Could have been dirtier but could have been cleaner and in better shape. Shower lost hot water pretty quickly. For needing a place for a single night it was okay.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. All positive reviews.
