Room was super clean and convenient for food and shopping nearby. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the baked cookies are delicious!
-
Breakfast staff and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The property and the rooms were clean but they could do something about the dirty carpet and the carpet smell. The location for us was ideal close to shopping, restaurants and the South University we were visiting.

Otherwise all was good
-
Room was spacious and clean, I booked two rooms and the young lady at the counter was very helpful and try to accommodate us close to each other. She was friendly and answered questions we have about the area. We will stay there again!

The staff was okay but the property definitely had a mold issue. They move us to three different rooms. They tried to use scented sprays to mask the mold smell in the third room but you could still smell the mold after the scent wore off. It got so bad we left a day early. This was my first time staying at a Choice Hotel and after this, it will most likely be my last.

The staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful. Our room was alright. It had a not so pleasant smell of a horse stable. The shower head sprayed out like a cone so you had to be in just the right spot for it to actually rinse you off. We set the air as low as it could go, but it never went below 72. (Love to sleep in freezing cold) We loved the pool and the breakfast was delicious. Over all our stay wasn’t too bad. Next time I would get over my anxiety and ask for a different room.

Good

This was an overnight stay. The refrigerator didn't get to cold. The breakfast was definitely a snack for breakfast ( to break the fast). The rooms were clean and the staff was nice.
-
The only thing I could complain about is how small the towels in our room were during our stay.

Location was nice - short drive to everything; breakfast was great. The pool was great. The rooms were comfortable enough. When we got there, exhausted after a long drive with two small children, the receptionist was on the phone with what we thought was a personal call, b/c was on a cell phone - we realized she was booking someone; however, she didn't once look up at us or greet us, or tell us she would be with us in a few minutes....nothing. It was 20 minutes before she was off the phone and able to check us into our rooms. Not a glance or word said to us beforehand. After that, things ran pretty smoothly until the next day when we found a dead roach in the empty closet of our room. I'm not sure if it was there before or new. I alerted the receptionist and I think she freaked out more than I did, but she did call someone to handle it for us.

The breakfast was great, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Loved this place.

Honestly. It is in need of a serious renovation. It is looking pretty dirty in hallways and rugs. The beds were okay but I won’t return.
-
I had an issue one evening with a noisy neighbor, but the front desk agent helped me resolve it. Overall nice property, good value for what I paid, and I would stay here again for future visits.

More options for breakfast would be a great thing to add👌

We arrived on Friday. There was a group of men staying in the corner of the parking lot. Their van was always parked at the corner of the lot and they had chairs sitting outside every time we were in the parking lot. Could barely breathe outside the hotel door due to all the pot smell. Literally. It was awful. We saw what appeared to be cops there once but the men and their van and chairs were still outside next time we went out. We didn’t feel safe in the parking lot. We didn’t see the van or men the morning we departed. Inside the hotel, every employee was very pleasant, super nice and helpful. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. The exercise room was a bit warm with no way that we could find to adjust the setting. Breakfast food was good and the area was kept clean. Coffee had grounds and sludge everyday in my cups of coffee. There was no regular coffee creamer for persons who don’t care for flavored creamer. There was no sugar free creamer option for diabetics. If not for the parking lot issue, we would rate 4 star and we would return.

The place had an unbearable & pungent odor that lingers. The shower is dated and the carpet needs to be replaced. Very poorly managed property.
-
Pretty good hotel for the price and good location. The only thing that could have been better was breakfast. It was very average and items were not getting replenished quickly because only one person was working. Overall I would stay again if I go to Savannah.

Clean and safe

The place was clean and friendly staff. The only thing I was told I could pay when I get there and the hotel went ahead and run my credit earlier that day before I even arrived.
