We had an amazing stay at this Comfort Inn in Savannah, Georgia! We stayed for two nights to celebrate my birthday weekend, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax after enjoying everything Savannah has to offer. The entire hotel was spotless and well-maintained, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided prompt service whenever we needed anything, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was clean, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. And did I mention the **complimentary breakfast?** Oh my goodness—it was delicious! The selection was great, but those **blueberry waffles... yum!** They were definitely one of the highlights of our mornings and the perfect way to start each day. On top of all that, the rates were very reasonable, making this hotel an incredible value for the quality, comfort, and service we received. Overall, this was the perfect birthday getaway, and we can't say enough good things about our experience. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely be returning the next time we're in Savannah. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay with outstanding service. Five stars all the way!

Entire property needs an upgrade. It’s just suffering from neglect. Breakfast was disappointing, we went elsewhere on our second morning.

I enjoyed the property. The comforter had blood on it and the bathroom was not the cleanest. My family cleaned the bathroom and the refrigerator out. But the room was really spacious and quiet place to stay. Not far from Tybee or the river walk.

Needs some tlc: needs to be updated, old, old, old interior.

This hotel is in a great location! Close to downtown Savannah and Tybee! The hotel itself was not that clean. Our bathroom had quite a bit of mold in it and the whole hotel was very humid and stuffy. The breakfast was limited but good.

The young lady who checked me in wasn't as nice as the black man. The room smelled as if someone smoked in it; there was hair in the tub & in the towel; which had stains on a few; also the chair had some type of white substance on it, very disgusting, and last but not least, the breakfast is just awful. The only reason I said is because it's close to my family, I bring my own sheets & pillows cases and towels as welI; I spray the room down with lysol just to wipe down the room.

The breakfast was bad and not maintained

Every morning we leave the used towels by the entry door to the cleaning so the cleaning crew wont have to look all over for the used towels. Came back after 6pm on Friday the 17th of July. Towels were picked up but the room was not cleaned, which is fine, but the towels were not replaced. I went to the front desk to ask for towels only and the male clerk was rude by responding "I knew you going to come right back and ask for towels" I responded by just putting both my hands up in the air. He said I can go ask the cleaning lady for replacement towels. The cleaning was very nice and apologetic but the front desk clerk has no business being a clerk. Rude and aggressive but I decided not to escalate the situation because I knew he would not have responded with an apology.

Very run down and shabby.
-
The first room I was given, had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. The second room I was given had the room door cracked open as if someone was there at the moment. The rugs appeared dirty and the bathroom lacked cleanliness and toiletries.

Staff was not at all friendly. Property seems well maintained.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking

I have been going to this hotel for twelve years starting out when it was the Olglethorpe. I love the space all of the room provide and they use to have a pullout couch in every room. The building is old and its seen better days. Half of the electrical outlets in my room didn't work. I guess I've gone to this hotel the couple years based on nostalgia. I think I'm done now, but I have a lot of good memories at the Olglethorpe.

The pool needs some tender loving and care. The characters hanging around the established make safety and issue. Overall our stay was ok for the price

Was convenient to a lot of the stuff we were doing in the area. Staff was helpful and friendly. Does smell like a nursing home though. The room was clean, but if you look closely to the walls and corners and the vents it was terrible and old
-
Not the best hotel but good for the price. Breakfast was decent (pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc). Room smelled really good and was a good size but definitely needs renovating.
-
Parking was easy. Clean room and good breakfast
-
Bed was decently comfortable Damp floor, felt dirty, dirty carpet, moldy water was in the water canister that was put out. Breakfast was subpar.

The front desk was wonderful. He made my stay. Awesome person! Unfortunately I didnt get his name. The room was clean. However, in room 107, you can hear everytime someone slams the door to the pool area. There is no connection for a firestick and the cable sucks!
