The breakfast choices are awful, and the cooking staff acts like they're doing a favor.

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. I traveled with my family. Breakfast was a highlight. Fresh food options and tasted so good. Had some issues with our room and wasn’t able to be moved due to a full house, which I understood. I spoke with 3 separate people and the last one handled it in minutes and voiced frustration about others not escalating the problem to the manager that was on duty.

The room was exceptional. The hotel was quiet and everyone was hospitable.

Great new hotel. Really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Check in was smooth and the rooms are new and large which was wonderful for our family.

During my stay at this property from June 26-29, 2026, I experienced two serious issues. First, at check-in I was charged without my consent — a double charge, as my reservation was already paid through Expedia more than three weeks prior to our arrival. This unauthorized charge affected our entire vacation from the very beginning, turning what was supposed to be a relaxing family trip into a completely bitter experience. Second, for all 3 nights the room was never cleaned despite multiple requests. After a long and exhausting day, we returned to the hotel only to find the room had not been cleaned — again. We waited nearly one hour in the lobby, exhausted, with my wife and 5-year-old daughter. When we went back up, nothing had been done. This happened repeatedly throughout our entire 3-night stay. On our last day, I spoke with the supervisor on duty. Rather than taking responsibility, he stated he was not present during the incidents and could not do anything about it. His only offer was a small amount of points — completely unacceptable given everything we went through.

Breakfast was very bad, otherwise I would have given 5 starts.

Great hotel. It is newer so definitely maintained well. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast and evening bites and drinks was great. The only issue we had was super minor. We booked for three people and there were only two towels so we had to ask for another towel and the front desk person did not understand and kept saying we needed to put the other towels outside our room. Really not an issue at all and it was fixed super easy. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Property was nice. 2 things that I was not pleased with the shower was dirty, had to wear flip flops because it was disgusting and the breakfast was mid. Not a lot of flavor.

The breakfast was nice.It had a nice small variety The side door entrance had a ramp. That was a little steep. And the in-house products for sale were a little pricey.
