This was my first time staying at this property and it was great! I love the location, the hotel smelled fresh and clean, the staff were amazing and very helpful, the breakfast was great and my room was clean and spacious. I will be back when staying in Savannah.

We had an excellent stay, however, when they "refreshed" our room they did not empty the trash and we had to ask for fresh towels everyday we were there. They have a strange schedule for cleaning rooms. We stayed three days. Other than that it was a very nice room with lots of natural light and very spacious. We visit savannah often and plan to return.

The rooms are nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was great and friendly.

When i reminded them to clean it a broom was used to clean floors- the rugs weren't vacuumed. Some of the receptionist were poorly trained giving me misinformation causing disruptions in my schedule and unnecessary stress.
-
Room was nice did not like the breakfast and housekeeping was only every other day and had to call to get housekeeping to my room every day of my stay.
-
The breakfast good although needs more variety .

I do not believe in all of my years traveling that I’ve ever stayed in a room with two king sized beds, but what a plus that is for those of us who have larger families. Everyone can stay together! Room was enormous and immaculate as well as the bathroom. I wish I could remember the name of the precious lady cooking omelettes, but she made you feel so at home. She was happy, peppy, and just-a-singing while she cooked. Honestly, many folks who stay in this area of Savannah are either here for work(away from family) or here for some level of medical care. Friendly faces in a homey environment truly can make all the difference in the world when you’re facing difficult circumstances. It felt like grandma’s kitchen. The ONLY critique I have is that there was no meat option for breakfast unless it was in an omelet and the layout of food/drinks/dishes could use a more cohesive flow. A++ from our family!

beds were comfortable. Breakfast better than most.

This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Almost new hotel. Rooms are large. Beds are comfortable. Room actually has a small kitchenette. We were well satisfied.
-
Went down a the advertised hot breakfast and the lady serving had a bad attitude problem. Asked for sunny side up eggs and she gives me a dirty look. Get someone friendly behind the counter when dealing with guests don’t need your bad attitude first thing in the morning!!!
-
The breakfast choices are awful, and the cooking staff acts like they're doing a favor.

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. I traveled with my family. Breakfast was a highlight. Fresh food options and tasted so good. Had some issues with our room and wasn’t able to be moved due to a full house, which I understood. I spoke with 3 separate people and the last one handled it in minutes and voiced frustration about others not escalating the problem to the manager that was on duty.

The room was exceptional. The hotel was quiet and everyone was hospitable.

Great new hotel. Really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Check in was smooth and the rooms are new and large which was wonderful for our family.
