This was a really nice hotel and really nice room. I was concerned because the neighborhood didn't look great and the surrounding hotels looked terrible but it was very nice and very safe. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful. Overall it was a delightful experience and a breath of fresh air from the overpriced and often not as nice as advertised "historic Savannah" hotels.

When I check out, I was told I could not get a receipt. And was not sure when my money will be put back on my card.

The service, ammenities and the staff were great. I just had issues with my TV and electronics in the room. The phone was also on the fritz.

Breakfast was good, staff friendly. The floor in our room was filthy. Hadnt been mopped in ages or is mopped with dirty water. My socks cleaned it nicely. Ick.
